So here are some updated rumours.

 

The previous rumour that all the queens are London based doesn't seem to be true. Michelle said today in a podcast that queens from around the country, including Blackpool and Manchester would be represented. Also many of the queens who have already 'gone missing' seem to suggest that it will be UK wide.

 

So this is a list of some of the rumoured queens so far:

 

Blu Hydrangea (Belfast queen - works at make-up counter but has taken 'a few months off')

Baga Chipz (London queen - regular judge on 'Porn Idol' at Heaven who is being replaced by Lauren Harries for 3 weeks)

The Vivienne (Drag Race UK Ambassador - gone off social media and cancelled gigs)

Ginny Lemon (Birmingham queen who appeared on X Factor - cancelled large charity gig)

Reba Martel (Glasgow queen - apparently someone else taken over social media, claiming they are refunding previously bought gig tickets)

Bruise (Glasgow queen - has been offline for 3 days and at the same time removed her location from her snapchat)

Lydia Scabbies (Brighton queen - apparently cancelled all gigs for next month)

Amanda Bang (Kent queen - not been active on social media)

Divina Da Campo (Stoke-on-Trent queen who appeared on The Voice - missing from social media & Crystal Lubrikunt apparently let it slip she was on)

Cara Melle (London queen - not been active on social media)

Vicki Vivacious (London queen - not really sure where the T comes from here but some sources claiming she has been cast)

 

Obviously some of those will not end up on. They have already confirmed that there will only be 10 queens, and if Michelle is confirming Blackpool and Manchester representation then there is also none of that on the list. I would also imagine they would cast more than Cara Melle as the only ethnic diverse queen.

 

However, I would imagine that many of the names above will defo be on the cast. I am sure more will become clear from filming starting tomorrow!

No I agree with you! I just think quote post is a viable alternative until the posts are moved - I assume Liam reads spoilers and is therefore happy to move them?

Just in case people know stuff / want to know about DRUK but don’t want spoiling for the other seasons.

The London queens mentioned I’ve seen/ know of some of them. And...none of them are that great. This coupled with the regional queens that’ll be cast... the season is probably going to be a delicious mess. They won’t be finding any Violet or Valentina’s in the UK I don’t think..?

The rumors for the Glasgow choices are a bit..... ech. Was really hoping to see Laurence Chaney make it. Bruise seems okay but a bit style over substance.

Baga Chipz is one I know and really like style wise, recognise a couple of other names too but unsure what to think of how they may be on the show. It's going to be very different to the usual Drag Race tbf so I'll keep an open mind and see how it goes but with the queens I know, the vibe is definitely going to seem odd :lol:

 

You do soon get used to same format, different vibe though, I got that with Thai Drag Race and at least I'll understand the language in this one :lol:

IDK if anyone saw the short lived reality show “Drag Queens Of London” but Baga Chipz/Vicki Vivacious we’re both in that and will probs be bringing the “pre-established drama” of the season. Baga’s also an out and proud Tory voter and Katie Hopkins Stan.

Cheryl Hole (Essex Queen - some sources claiming she is definitely on but still has gigs scheduled, will have to look to see if she cancels)

Sum Ting Wong (London queen - gone off social media)

A’whora (London Queen - did post cryptically that it was her ‘last post’ on Instagram on her latest picture but she follows me and I have chatted to her and it’s coming up that she was active 1 hour ago when I click on our DM’s, so I don’t know if I’m debunking her myself unless someone else is on her account :lol:)

Sum Ting Wong is supposed to be hosting a quiz that I’m going to in a few weeks, would be thrilled if she’s taking part as she’s fantastic but if she’s really the host of the quiz then it looks unlikely.

A friend has told me that a drag queen from Leeds called Jake McManus is on, but I’m not sure how reliable that is? :lol:
