I can't believe it only took a reporter for Billboard to mention the song to her to get Madonna to perform it!

Especially surprised as never really includes it on anything, it didn't even make Celebration!

It's such a joyous track, it could be absolutely amazing live! *.*

It's quite lucky to have been recorded for The Immaculate Collection otherwise I don't think it would have appeared on anything and be even more forgotten. No video, no live performances... this track has been sooo underappreciated.

I am gutted about the delays for people that will have booked tickets, flights, accommodation etc. Has she even posted an apology or anything explaining the situation? I saw a post where she said she wants the shows to be perfect but is that it?
Unfortunately that's a typical Madonna response. :( I recall watching a fan clip, I think from the MDNA tour, where fans had booed her for appearing at least an hour late and she just told them all to f*** off.

!! Ok that's pretty iconic, but this holds so much more weighting for fans and it's totally insensitive to do this without a full explanation or apology in my opinion :(

It just seems like she distances herself from things that go wrong on tour - even if she's not personally responsible, she is the brand and she's the one that should address these issues and give her fans an honest explanation. I get she's a perfectionist and it must be frustrating when things don't go to plan, but common courtesy should still be practised.
I'd be gutted if it were me... yes she should at least put out something explaining why - even if it's not your fault you've still got to own it!
Apparently the holograms are not ready . But this could be BS.
Tbf that could be plausible as they do seem like time consuming work and Madonna did admit to having little clue as to how they worked at the time of the Billboard Awards.

More setlist rumours

Tracks featured come from the following albums

1. Like A Prayer

2. I’m Breathless

3. Immaculate Collection

4. Bedtime Stories

5. EVITA

6. Ray Of Light

7. American Life

8. Madame X

I'm guessing there could be a return of either 'You Must Love Me' or 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina' (or both!) in the way they were performed on the S&S tour?

I hope she can pull off those vocals again! What with 'Rescue Me' making its live debut, she's going to be pushing herself vocally!

That does look like a fab set list. With only three classic big hits, I'm unsure how likely it is to be correct, although this seems like a tour aimed more at the fans so it could be. I'd be happy if she rested Like a Prayer for a tour.

There are some really inspired choices in there and it seems to have been really well-thought out with the transitions and journey it tells. I'd like it to be real, I think!
