I wonder if it missed the top 3 by much sales. When I first saw the pic sleeve I was like wow she looks amazing on it.

Hopefully it did not miss out on a higher position due to a release mix up like that of which happened with Hand On Your Heart on its release week.

What are your opinions ? too high ? too low ? lets discuss

Along with Dancing, Musics Too Sad Without You is my Golden Highlight.

On a sales only chart, it to my understanding is her highest position, Danicng aside.

Im a big big enjoy yourself fan, the album is often overlooked but I think it's my fave pwl album, the rhythm of love singles were better but as a full album I slightly prefer enjoy yourself.

The more I see the MTSWY single cover, the more upset I am that Jack has such a small presence.

Shame we didn't get a photo of them both, with equal billing in the typographic hierarchy.

This cover calls Kylie's ego into question – unjustly so, I'm sure.

Good point about the cover but doubt the an ego thing with kylie.

Here are my views on Kylie's fabulous 2nd album 'Enjoy Yourself', I used to enjoy her debut album more than this, due to that not having a skippable moment, and this does (only 1 or maybe 2) not so great moments. But as time went on, I realized that this is definitely far better and stronger than her debut, and blends harder and richer pop/dance anthems with some beautiful heartfelt ballads, and of course you can clearly tell that her voice has improved in just a span of a year, which is very impressive and she started to find her footing as an artist.

Hand On Your Heart
Kicking off the album in the usual Kylie style with this fantastic lead single which further cemented Kylie at the very top of her game by gaining her 3rd well deserved chart topper. The drum beat rolls and showcases her more mature hip sound, and giving us something a lot more slick than what had gone before. Yet still poppy enough to appeal to appeal to the masses and PWL's target audience.

Wouldn't Change A Thing
This funky summery anthem is single #2, and a fantastic choice to follow the mega smash hit 'HOYH'. Great guitar on the backing track and some cool keyboards on the final chorus's as well as some fun drum machine effects going on, that therefore creates a perfect pop masterpiece and of course yet another well deserved big hit.

Never Too Late
Simple in its construction and executed wonderfully in this gloriously fun pop number that you gotta admit is perfectly catchy, with some glossy production and just all round fun, and follows the previous 2 singles perfectly and still to this day ranks as one of her most memorable singles.

Nothing To Lose
So many tracks on this album could have been singles and here's one of them, with a similar style to the previous tracks and Kylie's subdued vocals in each verse, but becomes more bold as the song goes on. A definite strong moment on this album.

Tell Tale Signs
After 4 upbeat pop anthems, we finally have a ballad and its really nice. With a definite 1930's classic feel to it, a sad little number where Kylie demonstrates the awesome range and power of her voice. a short but very sweet little number.

My Secret Heart
Another slow number that perhaps isn't quite as strong as the previous tracks that's come before, but Kylie's vocals sound really great here as once again gives it everything and pulls off some amazing chords, highlighting just how great a singer she really is.

I'm Over Dreaming (Over You)
The pace really picks up in a really big way, with this thumping number with a very deep bass and a definite more clubby feel to it, with just a hint of some disco in there. Definitely one of the best moments on here and gives us a little hint of what's to come on further albums.

Tears On My Pillow
Back to the ballads now with this cover of Little Anthony and The Imperials 1958 hit was for her debut movie ‘The Delinquents’. Once again her voice shines and the production doesn't stray too far away from the original, but still a rather beautiful sounding song.

Heaven And Earth
Probably the weakest moment on here that doesn't really do much for me to be honest. However we do have some more superb vocals and some soaring music and a long instrumental fade away.

Enjoy Yourself
Back to the dancefloor with this brilliant album closer that ends things on an almighty BANG!, the bass on this song is thumping and continuous with keyboard programming that builds and builds throughout the chorus and by the time the song come to its end, its completely infectious and a riot of sound, this perfectly sets up what's to come on further albums and why wasn't this a single, surely it would have been another huge chart smash and so much lost potential.
I prefer in over dreaming over you and enjoy yourself to all the singles from the album and they are 2 of my fave pwl/kylie songs.

Im Over Dreaming (Over You) was another one of Kylie's tracks that could have become a huge hit.

The song appears to be universally popular and remains a very solid pop song.

The song also represented a change in sound that became more evident for what was coming on Rhythm of Love.

That is overall a fair placing for In Your Eyes.

As mentioned on other threads, i like the song but also felt Love At First Sight should have made it as the 2nd single from Fever and In Your Eyes serving as the third offering from the album.

I’m the opposite, this is my favourite song on the album but don’t like the single cover and think the video is a bit much.

From the album, In Your Eyes would place 5th or 6th for best song, but i do like the song.

I also liked the single cover for the singles.

Overall i would not place In Your Eyes Top 15 but its likely songs i rate below it are higher on this countdown.
