New collab from Marshmello and the fantastic A Day to Remember out on Friday! :D

It's the lead from Joytime III, and the preview sounds brilliant. Love the recent trend of pop-punk/rock vocals on EDM songs.

None of the first two Joytime albums have had (credited) features on it, so I am hoping the whole album will be poppy collabs. I think Marshmello's dance stuff is decent, but he's been on a roll with his last few pop singles.
I’m loving this fast turnover between singles but it’s kinda bittersweet bc I’m pretty sure this is because Here With Me flopped in the US

Tbf, he basically distanced himself from it and stopped promoting it after CVHRCHES' Chris Brown comments.

I'd hardly say it flopped in the US anyway, it got as high as #31 which is pretty good for anyone on the Hot 100. It's not like Marshmello is constantly getting huge smashes there, he only has one top 10 hit.

Also I'm pleasantly surprised how well the ADTR fanbase are taking it :P I'd thought they'd be annoyed, but in general they are looking forward to it.

ADTR are sub-headlining Reading & Leeds on the Sunday, so it will be interesting to see if they play it.

Absolute banger! Reckon it'll be up there with Happier for me as one of Marsh's best. Really liked Here with Me, but this is so much better.

Also, the build-up to the drop sounds very ADTR, very guitar heavy. So I'm not sure if it'll be a big hit, depends how much they push it.

Absolute banger! Yes, I actually think this is very good, great mix of genres. Sadly, as you say WhoOdyssey, this is unlikely to be a hit though.

but now sure why you all think it cannot be a hit

it's#3 on US iTunes right now
