Wondered if Golden and Ophelia were remixes but they're not so it's a surprise they're there when Bauer already have Hits Radio and Heat Radio which suit the vibe to pump them out. Kiss has always had a slight pop lean (hence Tate support) but it feels a little odd here even if they are 2 of the biggest songs in the world.

I've been checking out Heat Radio this morning just to see the current state of their playlist and they've got some good stuff going on! A great mix of current and legacy acts. I was spurred on to check it out from watching Girlbands Forever this past week really. I'd say their choice of throwbacks from 90s to now is one of the best too.

Anne-Marie - DEPRESSED

Blue - One Last Time

JADE - Before You Break My Heart

Jessie J - H.A.P.P.Y

Justin Bieber - DAISIES

KATSEYE - Gabriela

Katy Perry - Bandaids

Lady Gaga - The Dead Dance

Leigh-Anne - Dead And Gone

Lily Allen - Madeline

Louis Tomlinson - Lemonade

Meghan Trainor - Still Don't Care

Melanie C - Sweat

Olly Murs - Run This Town

Perrie - Rocket Scientist

Robyn - Dopamine

Say Now - Supermarket

Taylor Swift - Opalite

Taylor Swift - The Fate Of Ophelia

Westlife - Chariot

XO - Real Friends

That is a really mixed playlist! You’ve got some big hits in there like ‘DAISIES’ and ‘The Fate of Ophelia’ as well as songs from rising artists like Say Now and XO and all three of the Little Mix girls!

I know this is unrelated to the thread but do you recommend I watch Girlbands Forever?

Absolutely! It features Atomic Kitten, Sugababes, Mis-Teeq, All Saints, Eternal, Spice Girls (though none of the girls are interviewed) and Little Mix, what's not to enjoy there!

Apologies, that’s my fault I thought it had been released as a grat but it’s just the current song 🤣 so yeh I do enjoy it!

Messy ? Arnt they like a year behind to suddenly add that

It is a strange choice. Also, I'm sure I heard one of the presenters on KISS refer to the song as "new".

Edited by montyj

What next??? WTHJH by Remember Monday???? Leave Me Alone by Renee Rapp??? What I Want by Morgan & Tate

Half of those songs on the Kiss playlist aren't even dance songs. Do they play dance remixes of all the non-dance songs?
