will be interesting to see Ed's figures today
I imagine that's because it's the one highest on NMF, but I think Remember the Name will turn out to be the most popular track.
The only thing that's for sure is however he does it'll be called disappointing and/or a flop on here.
I already have "Ed is a flop" sentence typed and ready, only need to copy/paste :D

Not saying they are, just that if he got say 9 of the top 10 he'd be called an underperformance for not having all 10 :P (and tbf that would be slightly more justified than most of the times every album gets called a flop because of how well his last album did but it's pretty obvious that this one won't do nearly as well).

He has 8 of the top 10 on Apple Music (11 top 15, the other 4 at 18, 28, 30 and poor brave 'BLOW' at 33), I don't know if that'll be replicated on Spotify or not.

Blow being the lowest would be typical but fully expected tbf.

Save Myself was my fave from Divide and that happened to be the lowest from that.

I don't think there has ever been an album track doing over 1m in a day in the UK? that's an extremely high bar even for singles.
Beautiful People could do it though, already #2 and the first track on the album.

Mint Royal on Twitter:-

“Ed Sheeran’s obviously going to have the number 1 album but he’s not selling astronomical numbers. Maybe won’t sell as many as Lewis Capaldi in his first week for example. Have we reached Sheeran saturation?”

Edit:- Beaten to it

Well we already knew not to compare it to Divide, it is essentially like a load of singles rather than a proper album. I imagine they've only got data from sales at this stage rather than streaming info too, right?
