Posted July 13, 20196 yr We have a #1 poll so thought I’d make this’ Madonna’s had 6 UK #2 albums Which deserved #1 the most in your opinion. For me I think Madame X is perhaps my favourite. Greatest Hits vol 2 had some great tracks but I liked the original versions of some tracks better. I never listen to her Greatest Hits type albums except songs what are only on those albums and no studio ones. Like Beautiful Stranger. I’m Breathless didn’t do much for me nor did Erotica which is perhaps a controversial statement I wish I loved Erotica as the message behind it and the sex book was genius but I just can’t warm to the majority of the music. Visually it’s stunning though. Bedtime Stories is lush too. An underrated gem. Rebel Heart is a half and half album. Madame X is unique, personal to her, authentic and one of the best albums of 2019 and Madonna’s best work in over a decade! Edited July 14, 20196 yr by Jordan Lee
July 14, 20196 yr This is actually a tricky on! I can't really decide :unsure: I may have to relisten before deciding but probably GHV2... Will refrain from voting for now!
July 14, 20196 yr Naturally GHV2 has the strongest material and I listen to the songs regularly, but as a collection I don't listen to it often. Madame X could quite possibly be my favourite out of those studio albums but it's still too early to tell really, so I'm going for Bedtime Stories. What an album! :wub:
