The singles haven’t really performed as well on iTunes as what I thought they would and I believe the Spotify streaming figures will be underwhelming too.

Liar on first listen is okay but I hate the accent she’s putting on and her diction needs improving.

Both tracks missed the UK Spotify top 50

I presume Post has 17 tracks in the top 50 though 14 of which won’t be charting officially so it’s not quite as bad as it looks.

I think with playlist support they both will pick up and gain some radio traction

Kinda confused at the video but like I said BUDGET

The video is really good. So fun!

Camila is pretty solid at her solo artist videos!

 

She’s very captivating and a pretty good actress too.

 

I can totally see her getting film roles in the future she’s perfect for a chick flick / romantic comedy type role.

 

 

Liar is growing on me now so I’m happy for that to take off :wub:

This video seems much more her than the 'Shameless' one. Deffo think 'Liar' will be the bigger hit in the end.

After watching the video and listening to it more I’m pretty sure I prefer Liar now.

I can see it being a Crying In The Club sized hit

That's fine - Liar is her highest debut as a lead. Senorita is the only song as a solo artist that's debuted higher (and quite frankly, it will easily remain the bigger hit anyway, plus the name power). She Loves Control is her only other top 40 debut weirdly!

Still confident Liar will pull through and be a hit.

Camilas done fine to get a top 40 debut.

 

I think she might’ve had a top 25 debut had there just been one release last week.

 

I definitely don’t think Liar will keep its #38 peak though I can see it taking off.
