Does anyone know why it’s climbing up the US iTunes chart all of a sudden?

I was gonna ask this. It went from being out of the top 1500 to being in the top 200 in a day! Confusing :lol:

81 today in the mids.

Could this get a bump from Holiday on Friday? I was hoping it’s manage at least 20 weeks on the charts overall.

It might get back into the 75 by the end of the week and holiday might help give it a boost again for next week.

Omg same, well actually I hope it makes it to 21 weeks but I’d be happy with 20 to be fair. I do think Holiday will give it a boost though.

This has risen a lot on Itunes since yesterday. #46 now, more than 30 spots higher. Probably the Heart playlisting, right? Hope it gives it longevity.

Yeah. Heart have a decent effect on iTunes I believe.

Heart is low key the best station for brand new songs spam, it has more listeners than capital, so it's a shame it only gets on board 19 months late for most songs.

So odd that they’ve given an interview that was broadcasted today yet the song playlisted is Break Up Song.

Could be that the Holiday promo has reached a broader audience who didn't get to hear Break-Up Song as it was released just as lockdown was starting and music consumption had plummeted. Maybe people are just checking their "new" song out before Holiday comes out.

 

Either way, a rise is never bad regardless.

81 on its 17th week. I expect a mini rise next week with the release of holiday and the fact BUS is still doing decent streams. I really hope it can surpass 20 weeks in the top 100!

Break Up Song's still one of the best selling singles in the UK in 2020 thus far. Not sure if it'll hold in the Top 40 until the end of the year.
