Do people think a Little Mix Christmas song will do well? It feels still too early for Christmas music especially anything new.

Little Mix are up against Mabel's Christmas song who has instant CapitalFM support and I assume will be placed higher on Spotify playlists etc... :drama:

'Bruises' also up to #5, the dirty trick of tacking the previous single on as track 2 on a new single really paying off for him :lol: (oh and 'Someone You Loved' is back in the top 10 yet again at #9 too lol).

Do people think a Little Mix Christmas song will do well? It feels still too early for Christmas music especially anything new.

 

I think it’ll enter top 20, then climb. Top 50 debut on Spotify.

 

Mabel might do better on streaming initially but if LM get a TV slot for their track it would impact more than the same would for Mabel.

I personally feel new Christmas songs will need a few years to properly catch on.

 

They are released early so I cant imagine them being high on NMF or HH playlists. Then when Christmas gets closer the classics will take over.

 

 

This is without HHUK and NMF for Lewis!

we were talking about him at work today and everybody likes him, the impression I got is that he's stolen the Ed fans that liked Ed in the beginning (ie The A Team, Lego House) but then were disappointed that he's worked with Bieber and Cardi B and all these rappers...

3/9 of Ariana's and 5/9 of Ed's (at the time) were singles tho. x

 

I would agree that if any artist is the 'artist of the year' it'd probably be Lewis though with Ed a very close 2nd, just saying 3 songs in the top 10 on Spotify is not really that unique an achievement.
