I can see this debuting top five in U.K. tbh

Same, her being #1 on iTunes for two days straight has impressed me and she's #6 on Apple Music. Weirdly the album doesn't have a chart position on Amazon but I assume that must be a mistake as it goes down to like #100,000 or something  Most of the bundles on her store are sold out, she could get top three tbh. Deserved.

I don't know why I didn't mention 'Take You To Hell' previously, there isn't any song I don't like.

SO many 9s and 10s, 8 is the lowest score for me. Girl served.

EDIT:

I just had a thought. She recorded that song 'No Angel' it would have fit on the 'Hell' side SO well, why on earth did they sell it on?

I don't think there's a single dud on here. Ask me in a month and I'll have an answer  but as of rn this is hitting my pop spot perfectly

I've been humming and singing 'Take Me To Hell' all day at work.

What does that say? That it's catchy as hell or that work makes me feel like I'm in hell?

Both.

A smidge disappointed in the album, bar Take You To Hell and Naked, none of the new songs stand up compared to the singles. None of them are duds by any means, but all 7/10 territory. Rumours, Belladonna and Call Me Tonight all have the makings of great songs, but the chorus sounds seriously underbaked on them all.

#1 in first set of mids. I'd like to say and think top 5 is guaranteed :D Really hoping she has a big enough gap to remain at #1, but we'll see later!

As long as she's top 5 by Friday, that's a success! :D

A #1 debut would be incredible for her!! Crying at the thought of that happening

She's reduced her album to £4.99 everywhere and if you order the album from her store for £4.99 you get a personalised voicenote within 4 weeks.

I’ve just bought the album again from her store for £4.99!

I had a digital copy but helping her all the way for this #1 battle

Of course 10 minutes after I buy the Signed Cassette for £8.48 including postage, she reduces the CDs to £4.99 :') Story of my life! I've asked to cancel my order so I can replace it with the voicenote one, I'd get both but skint :selena:

Love these tactics by record companies this year. This year has pulled up a couple of decent and genuine chart battles.

I have everything crossed for Ava!

We need to keep streaming as well! It would be so joyous to see her do it.

Like what was the last debut pop album from an international female to debut at #1.

I genuinely have no idea! :/

*turns out to be as little as 2 years ago lmao*

Incredible this is going to debut top 5, even on low sales! I do think it will debut top three though which is still an incredible achievement!

I can see her going top 10 in USA too

Excellent album. Of the new stuff, OMG, Call Me Tonight, Born To the Night (!) and Rumours in particular go hard. Loving the faint echoes of Ace of Base across the record, particularly on the Take You to Hell chorus. Who's Laughing Now is the best of the lot. Swap So Am I (what is this even doing in Hell?) for Freaking Me Out and you have a pretty flawless debut with the boundaries of the kind of popstar she is/aspires to be. GOOD JOB AMANDA!
So Am I is just TOO cheesy lol. That and Call Me Tonight are the only ones I'm not mad on

So Am I was a top 15 hit! So I can see why it was included on the album. However having listened to the album I think there’s definitely stronger on there. I do like So Am I though it’s kinda like a cute Born This Way appreciation type song in its message. There are some Gaga influences on this. But yeah this sounds so European friendly like I can see her being one of those US stars who ends up having bigger European and Australian success compared to success in her native.

I wouldn’t have changed much on the tracklist tbh I think it’s pretty spot on not too short, not too long and pretty much no filler as well!
