Jade recently did an interview with a South Korean streaming service, and whilst she didn’t mention anything specific about the album she did say that the album will probably feature old school pop sounds- so I’m thinking their route for the album is Future Nostalgia. Where there’s no solid theme, just a collection of really good pop songs but eh, we’ll see. Considering neither BUS or Holiday have any 90s/early 00s sound lol.

I really don’t think they will announce the tour this week i don’t know why..

Wouldn’t they of announced it today? They always announce their tours on a Monday.

Who announces a tour in the middle of a global pandemic that could last well into 2021? Unless they plan to tour from 2022 onwards or something.

I like the sound of the old school pop sounds, I am ready for their Physical

Exactly. It’s such a bad time to announce a tour...

Announcing the tour now is a really really bad move, because of the situation most people won't even try to buy tickets with all this uncertainty... I get that the whole The Search thing is finding someone to open their shows but that's not the right time?

They should decide how to manage the album release along with the search, the third single, working on some collabs for other artists' albums (and maybe adding these to the digital album so they can have more streams)... They really could be doing a lot of things instead of the tour announcement, we will see.

Pabllo has said in an interview today that the four angels who appeared in the sky in her most recent video are a spoiler of a collaboration that's coming this year.

It's most definitely them when you consider this:

Even though songs from local artists not in Portuguese are rarely very successful around here, boosting their popularity in Brazil is a great move since our Spotify numbers nowadays are huge. Right now only three songs out of the Top 50 make less than 300,000 daily streams.

A lot of artists are announcing tours for mid-late 2021 - early 2022.

Which ones?

Which ones?

The Weeknd, Ellie Goulding, Jessie Ware. Billie Eilish and Pete Tong have postponed til then as well. They’re just the ones off the top of my head but I know McFly as well

And in terms of actual new tours (i.e. not being rescheduled) STEPS, HAIM, Melanie C & a load of Indie bands which I really don't care for aha.

I wouldn't really class LM in the same category as those, but alas  I imagine LM will need a lot less time to sell out than those, especially after the whole concert draught. From a bussiness point of view it just doesn't seem smart at all

I hope that now Holiday, its music video, the BTS video and the Live Lounge are out of the way the next event for them is announcing the album.

Also side note, based on how gorgeous Falling was in the Live Lounge, which was essentially just a piano, I am REALLY looking forward to this piano-only ballad on the album if it's delivered anything like that.

EDIT:

Funnily enough just as I posted this they put a video on Instagram featuring confetti lol with the caption being the eyes emoji

I saw a rumoured 27/11 release date on Twitter. Hope it’s wrong... It’d be so much better to release it right before the liveshows...

I feel like it’s too soon to announce an album for November 27th, isn’t it?

I wonder if the track Confetti is coming as a single as well...

I wouldn't say it's too soon? The bigger the gap the better, it allows more time to get more people interested. Look at how well that worked out for Get Weird, and then it propelled them into Glory Days. Not saying that it would work this time lol but, that's typically how I see it. Announcing now would be perfect, and then give us a third single before that.

Leigh said that the "C" song on the album is going to be one of the best to perform, so I would assume that's Confetti, although they've haven't had a song named after the album on the tracklist since Salute, so who knows, but if it is, I would imagine Confetti would be a song they could push as a fun single.

I'm not sure that I believe that tweet though, there's nothing behind it- plus we already know the album is pretty much confirmed to be called Confetti, so it's easy to just choose a random November date and say that's the release.
