When I heard Daniel Yule's interview after his win in Adelboden I thought his accent sounded remarkably British... turns out his parents are Scottish so that's technically a win for the UK :P

Agreed, Ski Sunday do a decent recap (if a little short) but I've always liked watching all 30 do down the hill, although I wouldn't have enough time to watch that nowadays.

Ski Sunday, is better than no coverage. They'll be showing Wengen next week. Channel 4 showed World Cup Skiing during 2002-2005, I think on a Sunday morning. World Cup Skiing live in British Eurosport now. Shame.

Some brilliant skiing action over the past week, it is a tad annoying that Ski Sunday can't cover it all but a tie for the win in the women's Giant Slalom certainly sounds incredibly exciting!

Ski Sunday showing Viktoria Rebensburg win and then immediately telling us that she's injured herself and is out for the rest of the season

I do wish they would show more than one race per week though, the interviews are nice but when Eurovision Sport aren't putting on live coverage I can't find anywhere that does (and even if they did it would take up a lot of my time)

It would be great if they did show at least more than one race during the programme of highlights.

That run of Swiss skiiers from #2 to #5 in the Saalbach Downhill was quite amusing!

Shame Ski Sunday is over now, really hope I can find a way to watch the rest of the season :(

When I read this I thought 'surely at this time of the year it's too warm for winter sports?' ...and then remembered that we're already in November. Where had this year gone?

Marcus Wyatt has become the first British man to claim a World Cup skeleton medal for seven years by finishing third in Sigulda, Latvia.

Wyatt, 28, was in sixth position after the first of two runs, but produced a brilliant second run to secure his maiden World Cup podium finish.

"I can't stop saying how crazy it is. It's something I've always dreamed of," said Wyatt, who made his World Cup debut in December 2017.

Anyone know if this stuff is available to watch anywhere? I don't particularly fancy forking out the money for Eurosport and BBC don't seem to be showing any of it.

So I've now signed up for a free account with Freesports and suddenly I can watch all the premium ones apparrently  The coverage wasn't great though, it was a 30-minute show and they only spent about 5 minutes on the actual racing and the rest of the time interviewing random people. Still, guess its better than nothing.

(although actually someone seems to have uploaded the whole race onto Youtube now!)

Just watched some Freestyle Skiing for the first time, I was dizzy just watching it. Enjoyed it.
