 She hasn’t stopped promoting that bloody wine!

This is what we've got so far in terms of the tracklist:

01.Magic

- Dancefloor Darling

- Monday Blues

- Miss A Thing

- Till You Love Somebody

06.Say Something

07.Last Chance

- Where Does the DJ Go?

- Celebrate You

- Fine Wine

- Real Groove

- Unstoppable

I think 3 or 4 more titles to be revealed.

Love the sound of some of those tracks - hopefully some bops are incoming!

Townsend records in Music Week. Not sure if more in the full article

Townsend is now looking ahead to a busy Q4, including partnering with BMG on the new album from Kylie Minogue.

“With a huge artist, we can still take about 30% market share in the week of release,” he said. “For D2C to get that percentage is really strong. For someone like Kylie, a lot of our sales are outside of the UK. Unfortunately, there are not as many retailers now on the High Street, which is another reason for D2C to be such an important thing.”

^^ It’s like that for most artists, so many release a 5,000 limited edition and end up with 2,700 being counted towards the UK charts, such a waste of a sale but artists and records companies don’t care as they are still getting the £££.
Yes thats the problem from the chart wise but they sell out which gives the label money and no left over stock, i do think kylie is well capable of selling more than 5k.
Looks like BGT will be focusing on West end musicals as their main theme for guests in the final to try and help the Theatre industry
More promotional activity should come too,I have hopes they have more lined up.
Another email sent out to her database today - it’s sent out to look like a lovely hearts newspaper advert and when you click through it takes you to the ‘Disco’ pre-order page

Fine wine?

Not sure if that’s a good title. I’m guessing it’s related to her alcohol range but I don’t think it’s a good thing to promote alcohol through music - given The damage alcohol misuse can do and particularly among young people.

I'm sure its not about drinking heavily

It's not like the title is 'Fine Wine to Get You Pissed'

She had a song called Chocolate and that never got attacked by Diabetes UK etc

And Like A Drug but never got attacked by Narcotics Anonymous

I doubt she’s got a track about her booze range :P ‘Fine Wine’ is to me probably a song about maturing/growing up like a ‘fine wine’
