I love the passion she excludes whenever she recites any lyric from her album, she was like that with Joanne too. It shows how much the words mean to her and that they aren't just random lyrics over a beat
I found her story behind the Joanne album to be heartbreaking. Ultimately it was to heal her dad but it didn't and it sank her into depression :(

That does hurt to hear. I wonder if the album won't have lasting appeal for her in years to come? Her calling it a "futile" effort.. ouch </3

I've finished the interview ^_^ Didn't realise it was an hour long, but I managed to watch it all effortlessly and not lose focus once because of how captivating she is when she speaks. Zane is a great interviewer too - the pair are so passionate about music. I loved the interview as a whole, a chance to get to know her that little bit better.

She's so passionate and articulate. It honestly didn't feel like an hour long because I found I just got lost in their convo :heart:

Her Graham Norton appearances are always so iconic so I'm sad it's not happening under normal circumstances :( Hopefully she'll be back later in the year!
