Look, I don't "hate" this song, but I think it's definitely my least favourite Rita single to date... by quite some distance. A complete and utter misfire and it really does feel like a regression as opposed to progression from the 'Phoenix' era. I'm so gutted as I wasn't expecting to not be taken by a Rita (solo) single quite as much as I have with this :(

How to be lonely is still hanging on in on the charts, number 86 in the mids, least it has a decent top 100 chart run.

It went number number 1 in the end so technically its another number 1 for Rita :yahoo:

This is a good song, just not a strong choice for lead single. I like it but it's definitely one of her weaker singles.

My thoughts exactly at this point! I hope they don't leave it too much longer before moving on - best to quickly sweep this under the rug.
