My only gripe would be the background with them uggly curtains and lack of space lol couldn't she had done it in front of the Spice memorabilia or at least in a part of the room with a bit more space? lol

YouTube numbers seem to have stabilise since its initial boost a couple of weeks ago, and doesnt look like this has helped a lot so far, but maybe if the performance does the rounds a bit, it will eventually...

 

Not sure about Spotify, etc as they dont update for a while... But do we even know what the audience figures are for these shows nowadays? Is Corden's show even that popular?

I noticed the microphone was connected to the DJ booth wonder if that's why she had to do it in that corner?

 

#1245 on US iTunes that is perhaps the most depressing thing in spiceworld in a long time. She finally gets a good promo slot in the US and it does absolutely nothing.

Even though this is on YouTube is there anyway a repeat or a broadcast of this will be shown on TV in the USA?

A massive shame though that the performance did nothing so far...

I don't know much solo spice material but this and 'Anymore' are absolutely sublime pop, they can't be slept on :'( the boat's probably passed with 'Anymore' given it's 2016 (:kink:) but I'd love if this could get some recognition

Isn't James Corden shown tonight in the UK? I'd bet it will have more effect in the UK than US. Now radio 2 playlisting is kicking in Who I Am seems to be clawing it's way back up itunes.

It's not like any solo Spice song will do anything in the UK or USA (or the rest of the world) ever again, no matter what promo slots they get... The quicker we accept that the better really. The only hope we have of charting activity is with their albums, hopefully one of them can get back in the top 10 again at some point. I could see all the girls achieving that now if they had major label support on it like Emma did with My Happy Place, and if not top 10 definitely top 20.

Yeah that is true tbf I agree. It doesn't have many views on Youtube though so maybe not as many people watched it :cry:

True. Also, these shows without the audience sound flat and boring to be honest with you. I've seen some clips of other late night shows and it's all a bit lame whilst at least before you had the audience's laughter accompaning it, it sounded and felt better...
