Mystic River. And although I love Tim Robbins, Sean Penn and Kevin Bacon ... this has got to be one of the most overrated films I've ever seen. Cut about 45 minutes from it and it could have been the equivalent of an above-average made-for-TV movie. The power of hype eh!

Last Dvd I bought was "The Hills: Season Two"

Cloverfield. Which was fairly c**p due to the lame ending and it being so ridiculously short.

Stargate Continuum :wub: best movie I've seen all year :cheer: So well done, but then again I'm biased

Happy Feet. And I have to say it was a major disappointment. It just seemed like an excuse to play a load of (admittedly great) tunes. No story, no emotion, no humour.

the last dvd i watched was one called Black Sheep, I bought it coz it said at the bottom of the case if you liked Shaun of the dead then you'll like this. I really like Shaun of the dead but I didn't like Black Sheep it wasn't funny and tbh I thought it was quite horrible. There were people eating live rabbits and mutant sheep killing people and people turning into evil sheep coz they got bitten. It wasn't funny and I didn't enjoy it.

last dvd i bought was Juno

last one i saw was Family guy presents blue harvest

i also think it was some hk region. My last dvd is harry potter goblet of fire. I see it 7th time.

The last three dvds that I have seen were:

 

X-Files - I Want To Believe: Below average, it was like a two-part X-Files episode, and not a very good one. *½ (out of 5)

 

Mummy - Tomb of the Dragon Emperor: Worst of the Mummy flicks, I did like the two first ones. The characters were annoying, the jokes totally unfunny and overall even the special effects boring. *½ (out of 5)

 

The Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian: OK flick, thou most of it we had seen already in the first part. Certainly darker in tone than the first one and I did like that change. Average, kept entertaining but that's all. Extra points for the killer rats (or whatever hamsters those were). *** (out of 5)
