Posted March 10, 20205 yr Along with their new single 'Didn't I' out on Friday, it's expected that OneRepublic will announce their 5th album 'Human'. The title and release date of May 15th were briefly posted to their official store before being taken down. Glad we're finally getting another album from them after loads of random singles! I imagine 'Rescue Me', 'Wanted' and certainly the new one will be on it.
March 10, 20205 yr They have been hella consistent on the albums front for me. One of the most underrated acts around today.
March 10, 20205 yr Since I saw this announcement earlier, 'Choke', from their last album, has been on repeat for me. WHAT a song!
March 12, 20205 yr The title and release date of May 15th were briefly posted to their official store before being taken down. They brought forward the release date to May 8. The pre-order will be available at midnight local time and there will be 16 tracks, including "Rescue Me", "Wanted" and "Somebody To Love", alongside their new single "Didn't I".
March 12, 20205 yr Didn't they announce a while ago that they were done releasing albums? Lol. (Mind, they're far from the first to announce such a thing and then end up releasing another album anyway, no one ever seems to commit to the 'only singles/EPs' format)
March 12, 20205 yr Author The Deluxe version has 16 tracks - and that includes Rescue Me, Wanted, Somebody To Love and Didn't I.

(Mind, they're far from the first to announce such a thing and then end up releasing another album anyway, no one ever seems to commit to the 'only singles/EPs' format) Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I guess the allure of making a whole album proves too great for most artists in the end - if you've written a whole load of songs, why wouldn't you just put out an album of them - but they could at least acknowledge that they've gone back on their statement.

To be fair, when Ryan made those comments in 2016 he mentioned that they have one more album with their contract (this one). So this may be the final one, or he has changed his mind. (I hope he has )
March 25, 20205 yr Author 'Better Days' is out now! They've wrote and made this in a week, really impressive! YOrMAW4pKuA
March 26, 20205 yr 'Better Days' is out now! They've wrote and made this in a week, really impressive! YOrMAW4pKuA Not difficult when all the songs sound the same. Never been so disappointed at a fave. Waking Up is one of my fave albums of all time, even Native.. and now they’re releasing this shite.
April 1, 20205 yr Author It's still saying May 8th from what I can see on both Amazon and their UK store?
April 2, 20205 yr It's still saying May 8th from what I can see on both Amazon and their UK store? The deluxe digipack date has moved to 31st December.
April 2, 20205 yr Author That looks like a placeholder date - all the other formats are still May 8th.
April 2, 20205 yr That looks like a placeholder date - all the other formats are still May 8th. What’s a placeholder date?
April 2, 20205 yr Author What’s a placeholder date? Sometimes stores have a random date on items (usually the end of the year) until they update with the actual one. Even if it is delayed, it's not going to be until December 31st. (a Thursday as well)
April 6, 20205 yr Author Ok, now it's been confirmed to be delayed - no new date yet. @1245769747226034177
