Freddie is amazing and that's why I voted for him. Although thinking about it as a solo artist he probably is too high.

David Bowie I was never really a fan of, controversial I know but I just don't like his voice.

Good top 4, would like JT out next but I'm pretty sure he be the winner

I get what you mean, he's obviously a legend but I agree about his voice, it's never been the best. He's released some classics for sure but he wouldn't have made my Top 30.

Yeah I agree he had some great songs, just prefer them to be sang by someone else 🙊

Now you're not that surprised- you do very well in the Buzzrate every year :D
!! HA!

Take that dandy*! :D

Surprised David is out before Elton & George, ngl!

I'd probably have guessed Michael, Justin & David as the top 3!

Personal choice and hoping that George falls out next. I think I forgot to add Elton to my list, but he'd be pretty low down if I did forget. I'm expecting Justin out next though. But GREAT going for him! He's the first person I think of when I think of "Solo male", but I'm a stan anyway.

I like a good few of Bowie's singles buy wasnt a massive fan either as in that I'd buy his albums but the singles I like I love.

Oh wait I DID vote Elton! YASS! (Quite high too *eyes*) After Rocketman, I realised just how many of his songs I actually really liked!

01. Michael Jackson

02. Justin Timberlake

03. George Michael

Is how I think this will end up. Switch Michael and Justin and that it my preferred order.

Elton really is great I was reminded of this with the Rocketman movie so that’s how I scored him rather highly.

Deserving of being this high for sure! He is an icon!

Hoping for an MJ vs JT top two for me personally.

*snigger*

A very good Top 3. MJ for the win please.

I would be more than happy to see George Michael as the winner. The countdown is really fascinating!

Preferably:

1. Michael Jackson

2. George Michael

3. Justin Timberlake

Predicting:

1. Justin Timberlake

2. Michael Jackson

3. George Michael

That jump in points from Bowie to Elton though :o

Can't call the top three, though if I was to guess I'd say George will be next.

Love Elton. He was actually the first ever person I saw live I concert at about 14 even though he wasn't my fave person at the time but my older brother was obsessed and needed someone to go with so I went and I became a fan, supposed to be seeing him for a second time this December fingers crossed. Would liked him to be top 3 but 4 is still great..

Think George will be out next

Surprised that Elton only had one #1 single in the 70s - he had six in the US!

Yeah I've always found it really surprising that he didn't have a solo number one in the UK until 1990 (and even 'Sacrifice' was a re-release which only got to number 55 originally!)
