I feel like this in the end won't do nothing and will just fill the gap between Break My Heart and whatever next single is (assuming Levitating) next month!!!

I can see this going top 40 in the UK tbh once it gets added to playlists and receives more support.

 

It probably already has decent enough sales under old chart rules it would’ve already been top 40 wouldn’t it (like before the 3 track rule)

Hopefully thinks pick up next week, as this feels like a very slow start - with the animated video (unsurprisingly) not doing big numbers, minimal radio airplay and it’s not been added to Hot Hits.

Despite wanting 'Levitating' as a single instead, I am now fully ON BOARD with Team Hallucinate. The video and subsequent listens has reminded me why I liked it so much in the first place.

Another update and it’s still not been added to Hot Hits. Are the label able to ask for it to be added or swapped out with Break My Heart? Or is it purely up to Spotify?

'Levitating' is getting a remix though isn't it... but as 'Break My Heart' is still doing well in the US... this is very much a UK single to bridge the gap before the remix.

Okay I have to honest, as soon as I heard this I did think in the back of my mind 'for the gays anthem that doesn't become a wider hit' and it's obviously far too early to tell but I fear that'll happen. Meh, it's still a #1 in our hearts <3 (probably what Teddy Sinclair had to say to herself when Mirrors, a similar masterpiece flopped </3)

It's climbing fast on Apple Music, up to #83 now :cheer:

I always felt like this as well, like with 'Walking On Air' I really don't think it was ever destined to be it he hit the gays thought. I'm glad they're putting more into Levitating which feels like a more organic sounding hit but I'd really hope this can climb into the top 40 at very least.

It is slowly climbing, I don't think I'd rule it out just yet!

It'd be very odd if Spotify didnt add the biggest female artist in the world to Hot Hits, because it's a post album single, when Harry Styles had two post-album adds?!
