Agreed, it doesn't really bother me that 'Je ne...' didn't reach #1 either. 'The Loco-motion' is probably assumed to have been a #1, at least it was behind a genuinely huge hit ('The Only Way is Up'). We also need to consider that a few of Kylie's #1s were quite lucky themselves, even 'Spinning Around' which would have been #2 if released a week later!

Spinning Around, Tears on my Pillow and Slow are the opposite of The Loco Motion, All The Lovers and I Believe In You, which in ways, level out the outcomes.

Those songs, with Better The Devil You Know and Love At First Sight are songs I would have greatly welcomed Number 1 status.

From these, The Loco Motion and Better The Devil You Know are the more assumed Number 1s.

Got to Be Certain, a Kylie song that remains highly enjoyed and was a very big hit.

Ya if all them went number 1 i would have loved it, overall i do prefer her songs that went to number 2 and 3 in the case of all the lovers

Enjoy Yourself was 30 years old this year.

If PWL had been a label who had left over tracks not to have made the official album we could have welcomed a 30th Anniversary main stream release to celebrate and enjoy.

30 years on and still very happy i own the album, ya pwl werent a label for wasting songs, the bare minimum was recorded for an album and those tracks were recorded and went on the album regardless, it was their formula all the time. They did get good albums together but very little was wasted which meant we got very little unknown kylie material from them. Parlophone on the other hand had loads of songs that didnt make the final cut which makes it much easier for them to release anniversary editions that could give the fans loads of extras.

Parlophone are awashed with left over album material all waiting eagerly by fans to be released in an album package.

PWL were a lean operation with all work produced in house, wasting a song never happened.

If not destined for a Kylie album it was used elsewhere.

Enjoy Yourself is fun packed with an enjoyable uplifting vibe throughout with a huge choice for singles.

The majority of fans feel the same.

In contrast, many of her best albums made the summit with the exception of Light Years  and Rhythm of Love.

Comparing to Light Years, Impossible Princess was never in with a chance.

Enjoy Yourself, had a tough task following on from Kylie.

It successfully managed to keep the high level of success maintained.
