I think it is wise she is ignoring In and out of love it is definitely the weakest of the 3 singles.

Blame It On Me was one of her best TV performances of recent. Im glad she managed to get out there and do it live with a band, as the song really deserves a better setting than her living room.

I look forward to her doing it live. It's the best she has sounded and performed in ages. There's a thing she has been doing for ages that always annoys me a bit, where she flaps her arms around quite a lot. She is much more confident and full of hunger for that performance here, and it shows!

I am certainly more excited now! Hopefully we'll see much more of these!

I think it has more to do with that it's still the current single in some markets. Since IAOOL hasn't been playlisted by Radio 2 yet, I assume its impact date is closer to October.

Well, yeah, the album is released on October 2nd and I assume that IAOOL's "impact date" might be around then (maybe around September 25th-ish) and we'll get another single with the album release. Hopefully Radio 2 will start playing IAOOL next week.

I’m loving BIOM, so catchy. WIA is still my fave, IAOOL is better than anything she’s been releasing after Northern Star, but not as good as the other two singles. I’d put it right after Anymore.

I didn’t mind the vocal but dislike the outfit.

She is new to singing these track , she will get better.

I enjoyed the vocal. It was nice to see Melanie loosening up for a televised performance. Often she really focuses on technical perfection. But this time she used the stage a bit more and had a little bop. It was fun.

Blame It on Me was released a year ago today! :cheer: It became one of her biggest ever radio hits in the UK *.*
Happy birthday Blame it on me! Still think she was an idiot not to have the album out or up for pre-order by this point. She could have racked up a few thousand extra sales from those who heard it but then forgot about it months later.

I don't like too much her voice on this one but It's a really nice tune.
3 years already! Such a great song, really got me excited about the album at that point.

Yeah, the two first singles of the album were great! Who I Am and Blame It On Me did signal a new departure in her sound and a development in production.

Blame it On Me is probably my favourite single from Mel since Northern Star.
