Seeing as there's been a fair few comments made in this forum over time that people aren't all that familiar with Shawn's early music (be that Handwritten, Illuminate, or anything else in between that basically isn't the self-titled album lmao), I thought it could be a good idea for us to all come together and have a listening party, starting with Handwritten (+ Revisited)? :o

Comment below if you'd be interested in joining one evening and when would suit you best! *.*

:cheer: Yes! It's high time I became more familiar with this album, oops #flopmod

Evenings are better for me! Ariana Grande's next session is on Tuesday, while Kylie is on Friday. Shall we say Wednesday or Thursday?

Wednesday or Thursday would work for me! Hopefully a few more people will be in the same boat looking to familiarise themselves with his back catalogue

Kicking off around 8:30pm for those that are able to join :cheer:

Will post Spotify/Apple Music/YouTube closer to the time so we're all ready to go *.*

Remember we'll be listening to Revisited (only the bonus tracks!) - so if you're listening on Spotify, bring up the standard version of Handwritten first (which also has IKWYDLS on it), then for the final three tracks (Act Like You Love Me, Running Low and Memories), you'll need to bring Revisited up. :kink:
A song that completely passed me by when it was a single, and I didn’t really give it any time until last year’s tour! It’s pretty good tbh! I feel like if it had come after Stitches it might have done a lot better than I Know What You Did Last Summer.
Gorgeous and striking debut single! I didn't pay it as much attention as just about everything that came later but I didn't expect a reasonably mature ballad going by the title

Oooh that's interesting re. it coming after Stitches, Jay :o Maybe it could have been a good place to release it, and then ultimately maybe it'd be appreciated more?

This has always been a favourite, but on tour it's something else

Stitches is still his best for me. Such a grower, and watching its ascent up the chart has been one of the best things since I started paying attention to the charts!!
