June 8, 20214 yr I guess The immaculate collection is selling more than Celebration on physicals/itunes, thats why the streams count for TIC Either that or the label has chosen it... the rule is: Where a track appears on more than one album by an artist, streams of this track will be attributed equally to each studio album and a maximum of one greatest hits album (the hits title with the highest sales DUS for that given week, or other hits title nominated in advance by label).
October 9, 20231 yr I was listening to TIC today for the first time in a while. I forgot about the completely different mix of Like a Prayer. Nowhere near as good a production as the album version. Really takes away from the melancholy feel of the original too. I wonder what the point of that mix was?
