16. Name a UK Top 40 single by Christina Aguilera (she can be lead artist or featured)

TOP ANSWER- Genie In A Bottle; dj_tim_e, chrisssmith276, awardinary, girlsaloudjunkie, Viper*, M4NGO, jimwatts, Bjork, West, mick745¸ n4yr, King Rollo, Riser, dan-G, Dobbo, PeteFromLeeds, StoneDragon, Jade, (17 POINTS)

Dirrty paulgilb, Vibe, Scene, LewisGT, TheHitParade, Sarah, MrAndrewMan, (6 POINTS)

Beautiful, xajnipi, andrew, spiceboy. J🐠hq, Mack, Bre, XhannahlongX, (6 POINTS)

Not Myself Tonight; musicismypassion,

Lady Marmalade; Dan17F1.

Queen Xtina's debut hit and the huge #1 smash Genie In A Bottle claims top answer here.

Dirrty and Beautiful both score 6 points each. I'm guessing Genie edged ahead here with the Stripped era having two iconic and contrasting singles from it the votes were split across Dirrty and Beautiful. Genie is also her biggest seller where she's lead too so maybe that played a factor as well.

A little shocked here that nobody went for the huge feature hit Moves Like Jagger or even Say Something. Everyone's minds were drawn to a track where she was lead artist here.

Was rooting for my personal favourite Beautiful to win here. Gutted Fighter had no mentions too!

Couldn't decide between Man In The Mirror and Thriller for the MJ one, glad I went for the right one in the end!

For Q14 I didn't even think of Bionic, oops, I just went for 5SOS because it was the most recent one so I thought it would be fresh in people's minds. Never mind, it's still the second most popular answer!

Just checking over every answer for Q17 was a #11 or #41 peaker

I'll be back soon! In the meantime if anyone has any queries regarding 11-16 pls let me know

Completely dropped the ball with 'Stan', I was so confident that would be the top answer, I reckon that's going to cost me dearly :(
Ooh thank goodness - both 'Dirrty' and 'Beautiful' came into my head before 'Genie In A Bottle' but I switched as soon as I remembered it!

Q15 did you get an answer from Riser, also The Real Slim Shady should score 3 points. All fine with elsewhere I think.

Much happier with my answers so far today, Lose Yourself was my second choice there but otherwise tops. Glad no one went for Moves Like Jagger

Damn it :drama: I knew Dirrty would have screwed me over. But happy I've got top points in all the others in this half. :cheer: Hopefully I don't mess up royally. :kink:

I did! Lose Yourself was the answer :)

Switched that to 3 points though thank you for that!

Fine Line – Mabel / NOT3S, MrAndrewMan, (#11)

A wide open field here. Any track whats peaked at one of the annoying positions of 11 or 41 was welcome here.

Let It Go is top answer which wasn't one what actually come to mind for me!

I expected Battlefield to top this as it's a huge BJ fave!

Nice to see Miley feature here with some of her near misses too.

I almost went for the last song on the Buzzjack list of number 11s which only goes up to 2016 (something by Ellie Goulding) but I'm glad I went for Let It Go instead.

18. Name an artist who has featured on a single or album track by Jay-Z (where he is the lead artist) what peaked inside the UK top 40.

TOP ANSWER: Beyoncé. Dj_tim_e, chrisssmith276, Viper* J🐠hq, Vibe, Mack, M4NGO, Bjork, mick745, dan-G, Dobbo, LewisGT, PeteFromLeeds, Dan17F1, XhannahlongX, StoneDragon, Sarah, (16 POINTS)

Alicia Keys paulgilb, xajnipi, andrew, spiceboy, girlsaloudjunkie, musicismypassion, jimwatts, West, n4yr, Scene, Bre, Jade, (11 POINTS)

Rihanna; King Rollo, TheHitParade, (1 POINT)

Justin Timberlake; Riser, MrAndrewMan (1 POINT)

Kanye West; awardinary,

Beyonce is the most popular response here for someone who has featured on a Jay-Z track.

Alicia seemed to be the leader by a long way at first then the later half of entrants all seemed to say Bey.

Rihanna and JT pick up a point each and then a single voter said Kanye.

Quite an open field here but his link to Bey and them being a huge power couple likely swayed people to say her. Happy many people went for Alicia though as that is amogst the best tracks he's involved with.

I thought recent songs are the most popular so looked at the current chart to see what peaked at #11. Let It Go was my first thought though!!

"Let It Go" feels so obvious now :drama: I was between Miley and Jordin and still went the wrong way

Phew at the Jay-Z question! I hoped them being a couple would sway it even though "Empire State of Mind" is more recent than "03 Bonnie & Clyde"

19. Name any artist with at least 2 #1 singles in the UK but no #2 peaking singles

TOP ANSWER: Lady Gaga; xajnipi, girlsaloudjunkie, J🐠hq, Vibe, Mack, jimwatts, Bjork, Scene, King Rollo, Dan17F1, StoneDragon, TheHitParade, Jade, (12 POINTS) (6 #1 Singles)

Lewis Capaldi; awardinary, musicismypassion, West, Riser, dan-G, LewisGT, PeteFromLeeds, Bre, (7 POINTS) (2 #1 Singles)

Ladbaby; paulgilb, dj_tim_e, chrisssmith276, M4NGO, (3 POINTS) (2 #1 Singles)

Cheryl; n4yr, XhannahlongX, (1 POINT) (5 #1 Singles)

Charlie Puth; Dobbo

Celine Dion; Sarah,

Halsey; MrAndrewMan

Sam Smith; andrew,

Melanie C; spiceboy

Bob The Builder; Viper*

Band Aid; mick745,

All answers to receive a point here are valid! Anyone who's had multiple chart toppers fits here as long as they've never had a #2 hit.

Again, Lady Gaga claims top answer here. I was worried as a result of this quiz that she'd literally get her first #2 hit on Fridays chart but she kept her streak of (so far) having none by scoring her first #1 debut with the help of the the Princess of pop herself miss Ariana Grande.

Lewis Capaldi is the second top answer here again showing recency is helping him to stick out in peoples minds here.

20. Name a female artist with no UK #1 singles but at least two #1 albums in the UK .

TOP ANSWER: Lana Del Rey; awardinary, Mack, jimwatts, West, King Rollo, dan-G, Dan17F1, Bre, StoneDragon, Jade (9 POINTS) (4 #1 Albums)

Amy Winehouse; dj_tim_e, girlsaloudjunkie, musicismypassion, Vibe, Bjork, n4yr, LewisGT, TheHitParade (7 POINTS) (3 #1 Albums)

Avril Lavigne; xajnipi, andrew, Viper*, M4NGO, Scene, PeteFromLeeds (5 POINTS) (3 #1 Albums)

Shania Twain; chrisssmith276, Spiceboy, Dobbo, XhannahlongX, Sarah, MrAndrewMan (5 POINTS) (2 #1 Albums)

Susan Boyle; J🐠hq, mick745 (1 POINT) (3 #1 Albums)

Tina Turner; Riser

Norah Jones; paulgilb

Finally, we were looking for someone who's never topped the UK singles chart but has done so on the albums more than once.

Lana Del Rey tops this questions poll with 9 points. I expected Lana to do so given she's a BJ fave (and she also recently narrowly missed out on actually getting one with Don't Call Me Angel).

Amy Winehouse is also a popular answer here who funnily enough also had a #2 peaking single as a featured artist with Valerie.
