If "Time Will Pass You By" got released as the 4th single like planned, then my ranking would be...

01. Confide In Me
02. Put Yourself In My Place
03. Where The Wild Roses Grow (ft Nick Cave)
04. Time Will Pass You By*
05. Where Is The Feeling

* "TWPYB", Such a missed opportunity & if released as the 3rd single in early '95 or even in the summer of that year, it could have kept the momentum going with the album (maybe it could have climbed back into the charts), as well as showing some diversity, after the down-tempo first 2 singles with this uplifting dance anthem. Okay if released after 'WITF', (again shows a different side to the album), but the general public didn't warm to it as not only did it come 8 months after the last single, it got a very uncommercial remix & therefore pretty much marked the end of the era. Although I'm not sure how 'TWPYB' would have fared but with some promo & a BANGING music video, it may have stood a chance, or at the very least given Kylie another top 20 hit.

Time will pass you by should have been 3rd single but quickly released after put yourself in my place, that gap in 2nd and 3rd single was a disaster and where is the feeling as 3rd made it even worse.

Confide In Me.

Put Yourself in My Place.

Time Will Pass You By.

Dangerous Game.

The singles in that order at regular intervals for singles at that time would have attracted more interest in the album.

That's would have been a perfect run, although I'd switch the positions of 'TWPYP' & 'DG', as the former would have closed the era with a BANG (in my opinion).

How the artworks might have looked: (keep the official 'CIM' & 'PYIMP' covers)

I dont think put yourself in my place and dangerous game would have worked back to back with it 2 slow songs so time will pass you by in the middle would have kept the uptempo style of the album going.
Where is The Feeling was a very bad choice when songs of greater strength were available.
I think Kylie could have pulled off a 5th single if she had worked with a feature artist who was big at the time, if the 4 singles had gone ahead and kylie was keeping the promotion trail going in full swing there was room for real potential with the album and its overall success.

Kylie needed to have been more committed to the album and it's promotion.

Doing the film was the wrong time and choice which negatively affected the album.

As it was on many levels a pivitol release, Kylie needed 100 % commitment to the project which did not happen.
