Taylor Swift - 10 votes (83.33%) And unsurprisingly 1989 absolutely WALKS this, with it being by far her biggest era and most poppy effort <3 a fantastic album packed with hits that still bops and has aged so well :heart: Coming a distant 2nd is Tay's most recent album, Lover, which makes a very strong showing!
