So, I decided last week that this album wasn’t what I wanted from her.. and didn’t listen to it..

tonight I have, it’s not as bad I thought it was going to be : 34+35, motive & positions are all great tracks.

However, POV really is the star of the show! Hopefully it’ll be a big hit, it’s fantastic. Understated and one of her better songs (although she has many best songs ;-) )

Ari has closed the gap between her and Sam from 400 copies to 100 today! She gained 1.6k since yesterday while Shirley gained 800, looking good for #3 <3

I can't explain how glad I am that it's POV that's organically taking off. It was my IMMEDIATE highlight, such a gorgeous song but it definitely didn't strike me as sounding like a hit so I'm thrilled to be wrong. It's unlike any Ariana song I've ever loved before aswell so if it does become a big hit, it'd be a great way to show a different side of her as an artist to those who only know her singles and have never delved into an album.

'pov' fell a place on Spotify today so a top 25 debut seems like the most realistic outcome! Amazing start, especially for a song that's not even being pushed in the near future, as Ariana seemingly teased a '34+35' video shoot yesterday on social media.

Brilliant! Fingers crossed that they have it planned for single #3.

 

Today it's back up to #18 on Spotify - matching its peak position from when the album first dropped! #21 on Apple Music also.

34+35 held up alright and positions held VERY well, only big new releases ahead. I was worried they would drop more.

11,576 sales this week at #3! Glad to see her clearing 5 figure numbers again - only the top 3 did.

On the UK sales chart so far she’s went 4-16

She's a real streaming queen. It'll be interesting to see how she does in December for Christmas sales if everything opens back up.

On repeated listens of this I must say “shut up” is the biggest grower.

 

Initially it was my least favourite but now i rather like it. The wintery / Christmas like vibe it has to it has drawn me in and I like the production to it as well.
