Really? Most people ive spoke to have said they think its one of their favourite LM singles etc.

 

Cant wait til i listen! Snippets sound promising.

Honestly guys it's really not great it's so boring.

I'm not too sure on this one yet... I'm sure it will be a grower, but I much preferred Break Up Song on first listen.

It’s been on repeat in my head all day, so I’d say it’s pretty catchy.

On a few more listens, it is growing slightly.

This only grows with each listen (and quickly). With radio support I can’t see it doing three weeks in the Top 20 at best... It sounds a bit disastrous.

 

It’s funny because I’ve heard people say it’s much more instant than BUS and people saying the opposite.

It's not as "all out" as Break Up Song, but it's irresistably catchy and PERFECT for Summer (weather permitting ofc :') lmao).

Jade's chorus is my favourite part. I love how it lures you in to that chill mode so effortlessly and then Perrie comes in with hers to give the chorus that impact feeling. :wub:

It’s deffo more chill than ‘Break Up Song’, but I think that’ll work in its favour in the nice weather. Gonna be spamming this a lot!

Where are people hearing the song?

As a hardcore stan I think it's easy for me (and others) to say that this is an "instant smash" and stuff, but after a few of hours of listening it doesn't quite have the same instant umph as Break-Up Song.

 

Break-Up Song capitalised off of the current 80s sound that was in pop music and also for a lot of people, we had wanted Little Mix to do that sort of 80s sound for a while, so it stuck quicker, but I can't lie I've had several different parts of Holiday stuck in my head all day, it's definitely something that grows on you and imo, that's what makes a summer song a smash. Holiday is definitely a bit more generic but it doesn't take away its fresh and non-threatening sound. The locals are definitely going to stick to this song.

It’s okay. It’s not their best.. not by a long shot but it’s also nowhere near their worst... it’s just a very chilled song

I for one really enjoy it, I easily put it among their top 5. I prefer it to 'Break Up Song' for sure. I'd put 'NMSS', 'Touch' and 'Power' above it, but probably only those.

Surprised the reactions are so mixed here to be honest. I think it's so breezy and hook-packed!
