There’s no way this cant at LEAST re peak this week especially now the acoustic version will be out tomorrow. I know it’s not a “real” acoustic version but whenever they release remixes or acoustics it tends to help the song a little.

Streaming data is definitely missing. As to how much is unknown, it's usually behind by one day, but this week it's unknown as to what is missing, but I assume it's one day (Saturday).

They also released the remix with 200 KID.

Honestly blackpink didn’t even entered the top 50 on Spotify despite the massive promo they have... lol. They surely have more views but I don’t think it will be higher than a top 15-20. How you like that was predicted at #13 and it was around #20 on the chart.

Little Mix could have more chances of repeak with these new versions + video, tbh wish we could’ve had a performance at least like clean bandit but it was impossible.

I feel like now that the video, final remix and acoustic are out that Holiday is maybe going to be laid to rest by the girls. Since The Search is around the corner it would make sense to start prepping a new single to promote it and also prepping the album launch.

I really hope we get some news on the album soon, I’d hate to feel like they’re waiting for a bigger hit to launch the album with. It’d be dumb not to release it with The Search.

 

They should wait at least another month or month and a half before another single. Release it with the album or a week before and that’s it.

I do feel like they are waiting for something or more like for someone... Pabllo Vittar liked a tweet about a collab with them, and so far we know they might be on Zara’s album as well.

It would be better if these collabs release first and then the girls make an announcement about the new single + album release.

But yeah considering how (bad) they and RCA are handling the situation the Search will only be the only place they will promote.

 

Tbh as much as I want new music this era is a total mess, it is so wrong and they do not deserve this especially coming from the LM5 era... Break Up Song had better chart performance and radio in the UK but fans do not like it, however Holiday is liked more from fans but both still are unknown from the gp who forgot who Little Mix is.

Next week is the 6th Week so it would of been nice for them to hold the remix till friday..

 

Definitely feels like they are planning to drop this single and move onto the search with a new single..

Fans loved Break Up song? It actually did much better on it's first day and sales were better overall.

 

Holiday really isn't much behind BUS in terms of Radio Support either.

 

ANDDD There was Covid 19 so there wasn't really anything to perform on? I think they've handled it well. They had the Meerkat event (which I know was paid for) but I think that definitely helped fans gain even more support for the girls and had a good impact on iTunes.

 

I'm sure they'll be all over Radio, TV etc promoting The Search (BBC Breakfast etc)

 

I still think both BUS and Holiday have done well for them, Hopefully Holiday stays around like BUS did.

The Twitter bubble prefers Holiday to Break Up Song and that’s because they thought Holiday would do better commercially and they’re basically fans of chart performance rather than songs. Also they have this obsession with “mature” sounding songs and are stuck in 2015 when people tried to force that narrative that every pop song was childish.

 

The Pabllo collab is for Pabllo’s re-release and Zara’s song was Think About Us, so they’re not waiting for either.

 

The GP didn’t forget who Little Mix is in the UK. Outside, they did lose a lot of their relevance but that happened after the Bounce Back fiasco., but I also feel like it’s natural this far into their career, so holding off an album because of this wouldn’t make sense. The era’s A bit messy but the girls have been taking turns in international holidays for almost two months now so even if they don’t deserve it, they’re not as eager as the fans to make it that much better.
