Thinking about it that’s a disaster, however I wonder how likely it is that it might come up after as related videos?!?

 

Either way, Holiday has done ok all things considered it had some pretty decent streaming numbers...

Nah, the BLACKPINK stans will be trying their absolute best to beat BTS' record (103m in 24 hours :lol:) so even if it did show up in "related videos", I can't see it having any impact. :drama:

I mean at this point it doesn’t really matter about releasing a video the same day as the current kpop group of the moment. I doubt it’ll affect their numbers that much. it’s not like Little Mix ever pull in impressive figures lol

Yeah I agree. Sure it would’ve been better to release in a day they were the main release but they wouldn’t pull in great numbers anyway.

I don’t see why that’s an issue, LM never do big numbers on YouTube anyway unless the song is a smash..This video will probably only pull in around 1.5M-2M (?) views in 24 hrs as people know the song from radio play and the meerkat concert where it was performed AND teased for weeks. But yeah i cant see the Selpink video hindering this too much at all as it’s not like they are competing for the biggest debut lol.

It definitely would be nice to see them hit a decent 24 hour figure though as BUS etc really haven’t done that well video wise.

I’m praying this gets moved up on AM playlists tonight ready for the video release. I hope it gets higher on Today’s Hits and stays high in A List Pop. Top 3 on HHUK would be good too. They really need to give this a bigger push now the video is out tomorrow.

Regardless of how well this is or isn't doing, I am starting to really like it again. Their performance on the Meerkat Music concert really brought it to life for me, and I'm sure the video will do the same. A bop.

Agreed. I feel that The Search is a huge part of their career that is yet to happen. It's going to be so amazing for them to do this, it'll definitely elevate them even further.

Ya they are doing just fine 9 years in and getting top 10 and 20 hits so long in to their career is great.

One of the things that impresses me the most is that not only are they getting top 10/20 peaks, but the songs are still being accepted by radio and managing to have lengthy enough chart runs. They're still not just a fanbase act atm. The locals are still into their stuff.

Yeah top 20 today. But don't think they r gonna have it tomorrow.

Can see this being at around 20-22 tomorrow but i honestly don’t think it’s too late to repeak or get a new peak with the video if they discount it at the same time and push it on playlists. It just needs decent views and if there’s not too many new entries above it that will definitely work in their favour. Either way it will probably rise to like 18-19 just with the video release alone but i hope it manages to somehow scrape a new peak.
