Originally recorded with mumbled vocals before "proper" lyrics could be added to the track, El Chombo (aka Rodney Clark and Andy De La Cruz) later decided to keep the rough skit in place - after all how could they ever top "Ihni Binni dimi diniwiny anu taime"? Now a bookies favourite for the Christmas Number 1 slot, 'Chacarron' is definitely a song you wont forget in a hurry, even if you don’t understand it! http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/PRERELCDSFACTOR.JPG X Factor Winner A Moment Like This [flash=450,350]http://youtube.com/watch?v=-nMQZizrd1o.swf The X Factor has yet again been the biggest TV story this year with viewing figures of over 10m every week. The contestants and judges have dominated our airwaves over the past few months with some of the UK's (and the World's!) brightest characters and biggest voices. Released on the 20th December, 'A Moment Like This' is a fantastic offering for X Factor fans and makes a perfect Christmas stocking filler gift for all. Last years winner Shayne Ward's debut single 'That's My Goal' raced straight to the coveted Christmas number 1 spot selling 750k copies in just 4 days and has now sold to date over 1 million copies. As soon as this years winner is revealed, CD manufacturers across the country will immediately push the button on the winner's single working through the night with couriers standing by to deliver the stock to all the stores nationwide for the Wednesday, December 20st deadline. http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/3837292.JPG Ricky Tomlinson Christmas My A*se Don't Have a video for this... If someone has a link, let me know :P :( 'Christmas My A*se!' is a fun musical romp through the things which define Christmas for most of us – the same old films on tv, the fairy lights not working and the challenge of being patient with the in laws. Complete with sleigh bells and Ricky on banjo, 'Christmas My A*se!' pokes fun at the usual singalong Christmas single, and is guaranteed to be heard ringing out of pubs and clubs throughout the land this Festive Season, and on jukeboxes for years to come. http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1714586.JPG Girls Aloud I Think We're Alone Now [flash=450,350]http://youtube.com/watch?v=w3n7VHtz2JQ.swf It wouldn't be Christmas without a party anthem from Girls Aloud, and this year we have their own unique take on the 80's classic 'I Think We're Alone Now', originally recorded by Tiffany. Taken from the girls' chart-topping 'Greatest Hits' album, the track has been re-recorded with added synths and a formidable chunk of the unrelenting energy that helped score the girls a hit with 'Something Kinda Ooooh'. November 25, 200618 yr The Girls Aloud Single was not originally recorded by Tiffany. Victoria Newton, in 'The Sun', has said it is too. It is wrong. Tiffany Covered it, in 1987, & had a UK Number 1 with it in 1988. It was a USA Number 4 Hit in 1967 - for Tommy James & The Shondells.
November 25, 200618 yr sadly i think it will be the x factor winner sadly i think it will, but i really hope not. That goes for that El Chombo rubbish too.
November 25, 200618 yr Slade have now appeared at 12/1 according to Ladbrokes (joint 2nd favourite with Take That), and at 20/1 according to William Hill. this year we have their own unique take on the 80's classic 'I Think We're Alone Now', originally recorded by Tiffany. Wrong - the original was by Tommy James & The Shondells.
