July 12, 20205 yr Start Without is iconic and should have been higher . The video is pretty tragic though  . Between The Sheets definitely should have been a single as well it’s stunning .
July 13, 20204 yr Tombo ha tragic taste None of these are worthy of anytjong below 5 I'm not too huge on You Broke My Heart as a song but the VOCALS ln that song I found them boring and not enjoyable to listen to Start Without You is far too low but I’m happy it has gotten SOME love in the voting :cheer:
July 13, 20204 yr Author 12| OVERCOME [AVG. 7.5] Highest: troylovesmusic, AaronTM & Tim* (10) Lowest: Tawdry Hepburn & Tombo (04) U3OUwFeC6iE --- 11| HEARTBREAK ON HOLD [AVG. 7.5625] Highest: HausofGhibli (10) Lowest: George.keh (04) bgSuDQgHM_Q --- 10| DUMB [AVG. 7.66] Highest: NickF1, JosephStyles & George.keh (10) Lowest: Tombo (03) X72RYGAoyoU At number 12 is the title track of her debut album Overcome. A power ballad of sorts, that really harks back to the late 90's. Alex's vocals soar on this, but I think this suffered for me by there being songs of the same ilk, she did better on that album! Lovely song though and it's nice to see it's appreciated! Just missing out on the top 10 is, coincidentally, the title track of her second album Heartbreak On Hold. A eurodance, pop banger. Again, it's pretty faceless, but Alexandra's voice just about manages to put her own personality into it. Another should've been a single in all honesty. Finishing this section off by throwing us into the top 10 is an album track from her debut album, Dumb and it serves really nicely as being 'Broken Heels' mk. II! Infectious, catchy and interesting production! Irresistable hook. I think I underrated this tbh. I love it more than I realise whenever I listen to it! (I gave it an 8 though!)
July 14, 20204 yr LOL The irony at me forgetting to edit that out! Is there a mistake with Dumb’s average? It looks lower than the other two.
July 14, 20204 yr Author No... *side eye* Yeah. After I did the highest score and lowest scores, I forgot to change the average and position number :heehee: All edited now though. ^_^
July 14, 20204 yr Start Without You is such a cheesy, but fun bop. Should have been higher for her on here, but was very happy it went to #1 in the official chart. Between The Sheets is easily my favourite song on HOH.
July 14, 20204 yr I actually really liked some of HOH's album tracks! I mean, they're completely of their time generic 2012 EDM numbers but the title track is a real bop.
July 14, 20204 yr Author 09| HALLELUJAH [AVG. 7.685] Highest: Chemistry (11) + troylovesmusic, LeeJ11, JosephStyles & Tombo (10) Lowest: Tawdry Hepburn (02) aplWTXEcY70 --- 08| TONIGHT [AVG. 7.8125] Highest: Scene & The Smiler (11) + Davidson & Georgekeh (10) Lowest: Slick & WinterFreeze (05) + Chemistry (05.5) WxUERr_Zwrc --- 07| GOOD NIGHT GOOD MORNING [AVG. 7.903] Highest: Scene, troylovesmusic, Soapsfan20, Jonjo, NickF1, Rossco, Tim* & George.keh (10) Lowest: The Smiler & HausofGhibli (05) svqCw2gq-LU At number 9 is Alexandra's first official release and her coronation winning single, the stunning Hallelujah. A cover of the Leonard Cohen classic that is top 3 of the biggest coronation singles from the show, I think. It's a gorgeous rendition and is definitely one of my favourite, if not my favourite, coronation singles. Beautiful. At number 7 is the 2nd highest album track in the countdown. It's from her 2nd album 'Heartbreak On Hold' and it's... Tonight. A song that is a bop, but feels like it's still in demo form for me. It just feels quite paper thin to me and I feel like it could have been spruced and beefed up more. This feels very "highlight on The Saturdays - Living For The Weekend, when we wanted to aim for On Your Radar" kinda energy to me. A cute bop, but honestly, I think I'd prefer all the other HOH album tracks above this </3 The highest placed album track finishes at number 7! It's the fantastic Good Night Good Morning. An absolute banger from the debut album and has always seemed like the song with the most hit potential from either of her albums! That dirty beat is so good and really gets stuck in your head. Both Alexandra & Ne-Yo compliment each other perfectly. I love this song so much and is in my top 5 Burke songs.
July 14, 20204 yr Author So your top 6 is... Alphabetical Order: All Night Long (feat. Pitbull) Bad Boys (feat. Flo-Rida) Broken Heels Elephant (feat. Erick Morillo) Let It Go The Silence Predictions? :o
July 14, 20204 yr Tonight  Also late commenting on this, but thank CHRIST 'Start Without You' finished low. :puke2: What a vile song. I hope 'Let It Go' can finish above 'Elephant'.
July 14, 20204 yr Between The Sheets and Heartbreak on Hold are far too low - both of them! :( They are her very best album tracks in my opinion.

July 14, 20204 yr Listening to the 'Heartbreak On Hold' album right now and honestly it deserved so much more. The only gripe I have is that it is quite faceless and could be done by any pop female, but the songs themselves are largely all GREAT. The only ones I don't care for are 'Love You That Much', 'Devil In Me' and 'What Money Can't Buy'. The rest is all F I R E and I won't hear any different.
July 14, 20204 yr It still makes no sense to me to this day why Good Night Good Morning wasn’t a single . Ne-Yo I believe was still quite big at the time as well . It easily could have been a cute 4th or 5th Single with a decent budget video missed opportunity there.
July 16, 20204 yr Nah, Hallelujah should have been higher. I know it's winners song, but still think it's her best one to date. So so beautiful <3 Honestly (behind SOTU) the best winner's song that has ever been released. Much much better than Elephant and Let Go. Surprised to see the Ne-Yo collab as her highest album track. It's only decent for me. Slightly off topic, but Alex streamed a little snipped of her new single during an Insta live session yesterday, sounded like a right bop.
