I know she's very fond of that song and has been performing it live for at least 15 years, but it'll be fabulous! The Alcazar version is a huuuuge favourite of mine, and this sounds like exactly what we need in 2020!
I’ love her but I really hope she can do the legends that are Alcazar justice <_<
I love(d) Alcazar so so much! Please let this be a good cover, Sophie!
This suits her voice so well, love it on first listen, think it was like 7:50am if anyone wants to find it on Radio 2 website.

Track list has been announced;

2. Take me home

3. Murder on a dance floor

4. Get over you

5. Music gets the best of me

6. Mixed up world

7. Catch you

8. Me and my imagination

9. Today the sun’s on us

10. Bittersweet

11. Starlight

12. Not giving up on love

13. Heartbreak (make me a dancer)

14. Young blood

15. True faith (live)

16. Do you remember the first time?

17. Come with us

18. Wild forever

19. Crying at the discotechque

20. My favourite things

This looks a lot better than the orchestral thing she released recently. Does anyone know if the hits will be remixed or are the original versions? I know groovejet is a remix and have heard it’s Freemasons mix.
It's basically the original backing track with Sophie's vocals on it  which are quite nice I have to say. I don't think I could ever prefer it over the original though cos the original is a pop classic.
Crying at the discotechque seems a bit flat compared to the original. It’s certainly not her best.
So it's basically another greatest hits. Thought they would be live or re recorded versions but with only 2 of them saying live or 2020 I presume the rest are the normal versions
