WAP has seriously surprised me, I expected it to debut high and then either stabilise or fall like most big name collabs do, but to see it keep rising is amazing.

Im pretty sure Savage Love and Head & Heart had a similar trajectory as well

They both gained very consistently as well although they both started a lot lower than 'WAP' did (in fact iirc Jawsh 685 wasn't even top 200 on day 1?) so they took a fair bit longer to reach the upper end of Spotify (Joel Corry's run on the weekly Spotify charts went 23-6-1 while Jawsh went 47-9-2).

Can see it maybes going top 30 but not much more than that that’s just my prediction for week one though it could perhaps take off but I can’t see it going anywhere near the top 10. It will however do a good job in selling the remix album and I can see the LGBT community loving it just not so much the GP.

I just want to see Madonna's name in the upper echelons again. :cry: :lol:

sure it's gonna do better than low top 40, even Hallucinate is gonna do that with zero Spotify support and a silly video

I expect the Dua remix to do very well on iTunes but I don't know if a remix with Madonna really screams instant streaming smash. Depends on how much support it gets as per for post-album releases I guess but I would say for its first week a top 40 debut would be a pretty good result.

 

Drake releasing this week is still only a rumour as far as I'm aware. It'll probably only be officially confirmed like a day in advance whenever it happens.
