August 14, 20205 yr Really glad Heat Waves has been A-Listed, fantastic track. Also nice to see Miley instant A-Listed, did this happen to her last year with a flop single too? Not sure if it wasn't her brand new song or not at the time? Also nice new adds for Idles, Disclosure and they are still supporting Ghetts!
August 14, 20205 yr Miley song is sooooo good; I love it - glad it's being supported. Edited August 14, 20205 yr by 365
August 14, 20205 yr The levitating remix isn’t exactly radio-friendly anyway so when the impact date comes around I reckon they’ll add the original instead. Fantastic for MILEY! Sounds like a huge hit incoming ... Seems I was right about Jason’s Savage Love; they kept it on the B-List for as long as possible then chucked it off when they wanted to! Good! I reckon Drake will be insta-added to the A-List next week, although the song doesn’t sound that great on first listen :/ Edited August 14, 20205 yr by Cognizant
August 14, 20205 yr You can say the same for the last 17 Drake singles and he always get playlisted :/
August 14, 20205 yr You can say the same for the last 17 Drake singles and he always get playlisted :/ You can't dismiss Drake's recent discography; 2018's Nice For What is truly a great track and I also like Too Good featuring Rihanna. I guess Drake hasn't been on top form lately, but he has made a handful of gems.

'Too Good' was a great song though, I'll give you that.
August 14, 20205 yr 'Too Good' was one of the most boring tracks in existence. I did like 'Nice For What' and 'Passionfruit', that's about all I can claim from him for the last few years.

August 14, 20205 yr But you didn't originally? You weren't even part of the discourse lol Mango putting their two cents in once again. Boring. There's no need to be rude? I'm just saying anyone can dismiss anyone's discography if they want to, you don't have a say in it.
August 14, 20205 yr She hasn't really released anything of note since 2008/9 anyway. Have you listened to all her albums since then? :)
August 14, 20205 yr Crying because Ava is out. Hopefully Who's Laughing Now will get pushed. Their belated playlisting of 'Kings & Queens' will likely mean she will get supported for her next new single.
August 14, 20205 yr Have you listened to all her albums since then? :) Yeh nothing really stood out for me anyway. It's weird because new Madonna material was a huge event right up until 2008/9 but then just like that it wasn't and there wasn't much hype. It was weird because I really liked 'Girl Gone Wild' and 'Ghost Town' in particular but Radio moved on from her in a way it didn't for such a long period between 1983-2008!
August 14, 20205 yr It’s funny how much being added to Radio 1’s playlist mattered 10 years ago, if you weren’t on the playlist, your single was doomed. Now it doesn’t really matter if Radio 1 play you or not, it helps, but it’s nowhere near as important anymore. Edited August 14, 20205 yr by Hallucinate

August 14, 20205 yr lol imagine thinking Madonna is still relevant in 2020- surprised Dua wanted her on the levitating remix! Then again, this whole remix album does scream "fan girl" Dua as she gets to collaborate with 90's artists like Missy Elliot and Gwen.
August 14, 20205 yr She hasn't really released anything of note since 2008/9 anyway. You may not like her material since, but "anything of note" is definitely the wrong term to use. Her Bangerz era was huge and was definitely note worthy (no matter where you personally stand on the material, surely?) Ed is yet to release anything of note at all if we're going by your interpretation of it.

Think we're getting our pop queens mixed up here, I think the "anything of note" comment was directed at Madonna not Miley - although your response is still valid for Madonna!

You really think Dua Lipa (or anybody for that matter) wouldn’t WANT Madonna on her album? The best selling female artist of all time? People are more surprised that Madonna agreed to do it given how rare her features are. I didn’t hear any of this when Drake “collabed” with Michael Jackson a few years ago.
