"I remember discussing something with Robbie, I leaned on the car that we used for the video when suddenly Sean Connery himself came out of the corner! Robbie was in a character, in a suit, while Connery then starred in a movie where he has long hair and a beard. That was interesting , Radio is one of my favourite videos . I am gobsmacked at the value of the real diamonds in SS , they did look good though

 

 

I really enjoyed reading that chapter Alex , did not remember Paul Curran but he gives a great insight into the songwriting process & hoe it worked for Robbie . Amazing that Me & My Monkey keeps popping up , I think it is one of Robbie & Guys best songs to date , the more I hear it, the more I love it ....

Great insight into the whole touring process, it's a mega event organising a tour, really enjoyed that chapter.. Loved the Fetrrari Flame reference & worrying about the audience getting burnt :lol: . Also found the festivals piece interesting where he talks about having to use the equipment that is commonly used I guess by everyone else & can make quite a difference to a performance, it's something I had not thought of before ...
