Sugababes only 2 points ahead of Little Mix :o

I like some Sugababes songs especially About You Now and Push The Button, but I should have given more points to Little Mix. :drama:

Sugababes were fantastic. It's a shame that they almost seem more well-known these days for having multiple line-up dramas than the music.
I would love a Sugababes Netflix documentary. I feel like there's so much that went on behind the scenes that we don't know about. Imagine all 6 of them in the room discussing their careers. :kink:

I would love that!

^I find odd that one of them Jade Ewen got the best result for the UK in Eurovision in the last 11 years. :P

That was before she joined the group, for what it's worth.

TOTAL UK TOP 40 HITS: 25

BIGGEST UK HIT: WATERLOO (#1, 1974) MAMA MIA (#1, 1975) FERNANDO (#1, 1976) DANCING QUEEN (#1, 1976) KNOWING ME KNOWING YOU (#1, 1977) THE NAME OF THE GAME (#1, 1977) TAKE A CHANCE ON ME (#1, 1978) THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL (#1, 1980) SUPER TROUPER (#1, 1980)

I thought ABBA would be our top legacy act so surprised that Queen have beat them here. Although I guess the Spice Girls pretty much count as a legacy act these days and I'm expecting them to win

ABBA not receiving a single 30 point score from anyone. :o My love for ABBA definitely came late. Hearing their Gold compilation a lot at work has made me fall in love with a lot of their songs. My favourite is Chiquitita. What a glorious song!

Top 5 ABBA:

1. Chiquitita

2. Voulez-Vous

3. Fernando

4. S.O.S.

5. Gimme Gimme Gimme

Gotta love a bit of Abba :D my faves are 'Lay All Your Love On Me' and 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' (despite the lyrics )

Have to say I'm shocked that Queen are top three considering this is Buzzjack and they're predominantly a rock band! Surely there's no way they're gonna win over GA and the Spice Girls?!

I'm loving Queen's shock slayage. I'd love them to win even just for the shock of it all.

Prediction:

1. Spice Girls

2. Girls Aloud

3. Queen

Predictions

1. Spice Girls

2. Queen

3. Girls Aloud

Abba and Queen should def be the top 2 in any order - 2 iconic bands/groups not just culturally but also the music which I feel the SGs only were the former!

Each of the top 3 have got 30 points from voters and there are under 40 points between 1st and 3rd!

I'm rooting for Queen to win.

I didn't vote for Abba but they are my favourite group out of the remaining 9 groups that make up the top 10. The Day Before You Came is my favourite song by them.

Abba. Absolutely perfection imo. Genuinely think if I was around in 70s/80s they would have been my obsession and number 1 but I still to this day love their music. Really hope we hear these new tracks they've been teasing for ages!

Also shocked Queen are higher but not complaining at that.

I am surprised that ABBA is out before Girls Aloud. They are iconic.
Dancing Queen, The Winner Takes It All and The Day Before You Came are my Abba favourites. After voting, I thought maybe I'd put Abba a bit on the high side as I admire them more for their legacy to pop music than for their back catalogue beyond the singles, but seeing how the points have turned out, I'm glad I did.
