I could see it being Sweet Melody with a long introduction of the ‘doo doo’ parts.

 

It was their biggest song in years, one of the most recent, perfect uptempo number and it’s the only song since the LM5 tour that would fit as an opener. Can’t see them using an ‘old’ hit to open their first tour in years.

I don't think it will be Sweet Melody. It's too big to be performed at the beginning of the show, so they're likely closing with it. I think it will be Break Up Song - I don't know why, but my heart tells me so. Could be Woman Like Me or Confetti though.

BUS would be a great show opener.

I personally hope that gloves up misses the setlist (not that it matters, i'm just crying in america thanks) but something about a big "hit" still makes me think it could be gloves up, especially if they mean hit literally as opposed to how well a particular song did. i would be very happy to be wrong though because gloves up might be one of my least favorite songs of theirs.

LM5 dates for Oceania were even cancelled. I think itvwas due to ticket sales. But not sure.

I think the original reason would have been COVID but now they probably want the tour done ASAP so they can focus on their solo projects.

^ I think the tour would have been extended without the pregnancies. They delayed it a full year fairly early on and before the pregnancy announcements. The delay would have happened without covid anyway. Doing a couple of music videos pregnant is very different to 30 back to back 2 hour concerts when carrying twins.

 

Unfortunately I don't think they'll ever end up doing Aus/NZ now.

Maybe there's more to it then. Could be similar to Spice Girls' Return of The Spice Girls' tour 2007/2008, where they used something similar to change their outfits for Too Much/2Become1/Lady is a Vamp.

In any case, they have just 2 weeks to go, so I'm guessing they'd be simulating the real stage as much as possible by now.
