The Christmas cassette could be as successful as the Golden one.

A Christmas cd edition could provide a better option.

I'd prefer to get what they can into week 1.

In large I would agree but the album needs to sell outside that window.

Defo and promo helps with that and singles do too but with disco I think I want this to go number 1 as much as I wanted spinning around to go number 1.

I’ll also get the Japanese Edition when it’s released - they usually sell for around £25.

 

I actually think I spent more on SBIT - the full cassette package was £75 and that was without everything else.

I think disco will pull similar streaming numbers to Golden.

It should at the least match it.

Does every physical format count the same way when it comes to the UK charts? In Germany charts are box office, that's why Kylie's deluxe sell is better than her standard. Is it in the UK the same?

Yes every format (apart from streaming) is 1 sale - that’s why we have so many chart battles in the UK and artists reducing CDs and Cassettes to £4.99 on release week and doing cheap signed versions etc.,

The irish charts work exactly the same as the uk.
