Really praying he can make it to at least #4 or #5 but feel like it's gonna be uber competitive come December :(

Unfortunately I can see that happening :( I think Yungblud, Arctic Monkeys, Ball & Boe, Gary Barlow and maybe AC/DC and Kelly Jones will be above it.

That's a shame, but I imagine Shawn will be more focused on getting the #1 in the US (which has been projected!). I assume he might have made the top 5 if Gary Barlow didn't have that TV special?

I think he should've waited until January with this album. People are listening to Xmas music, they don't really care about a pop artist that isn't the ultimate A class star (yet). Only Adele, Sheeran etc would get people interested right now.

I agree that a December release wasn't a good idea (I mean, it really didn't work for Camila last year but Shawn seems to be doing better!), it's doing fine now though but he could've got perhaps a #1 in January.

I definitely think they're solely focusing on the US #1 now. If they cared that much about its position / sales in the UK, they'd have discounted it on the UK store too surely? They've not done that yet (everything's still full price), but there's been massive reductions on the US store.

Yeah, #1 in the US and Canada will be the priority.

So in terms of the first week, nobody predicted 11-15 :kink: such a shame how this has turned out, but I guess at this stage the best we can hope for is consistency and not a massive drop ~
