Omg yeh the radio in the UK is far too overdramatic with censorship, we are on of the only countries that does it and probably THE one who takes it to the extreme.

 

Did we really need the word 'Sex', 'Chains' or 'Whips' censored?!

 

Does anyone remember Wynter Gordon's 'Dirty Talk', she had to rerecord all of the verses just to get it played on UK radio and I'm sure there was a time they censored the line 'All the right junk in all the right places' in and the word 'booty' in 'All About That Bass'... I mean 'Booty' REALLY?!

:lol: Oh boy I imagine! I was fortunate enough to hear the original first so I didn't get the shock.

 

I was expecting a little higher, but still! Great news about the new peak! :cheer:

I really wish this still has some steam left to peak a little higher.

 

Hopefully the Radio 1 playlisting can give it that extra boost.

Just realised that the first two singles have now experienced the same peaks in the UK and US - 'positions' #1 and '34+35' #8! Plus the album going to #1 in both too.

Same! Though it is nice to see it's got some potential left in it. I think the team are probably waiting for this single to slow down a little. I'd imagine late Jan/early Feb would be the perfect time for another single, something to smash Valentines day.

I'm still invested in the current single until it's consistently falling but yeah after that then I'm praying that they have something planned for 'pov'.
