Ideally if this is a new single radio 2 will be play-listing it in time for album release.

It's seems they're aiming for 'Magic' to reach its peak on album release week, what with the vinyl and the Graham Norton performance. I'd be happy for a new single to be pushed and supported by Radio 2 in the immediate weeks following the album release.

Ya that would work aswell, it does seem that they have moved on from say something so its chances of getting a new peak are much lower than that of magic getting a new peak.

i have a feeling Say Something had more 7" made than Magic ......... thats why it hasnt sold out.....

Hopefully, but both songs wont get pushed so i think say something might be just lucky and re enter the top 100 but not get a new peak :(

Say Something could do ok..... there is a lot of promo in release week. She could find a slot maybe on The One Show or on Radio? the 99p bundle of remixes could pop up. They could also release the F9 remix of Say Something on 6th Nov to get some downloads. Plus the vinyls will be out and its already getting 60k streams worldwide a day at the moment.

 

I am hoping Kylie can get both into the top 75 but i could be completely overestimating her chances.

 

So many albums coming out and streaming artists will dominate the charts no doubt. Little Mix probably have 3 songs top 75, Arianna the same etc all clogging up Kylie's chances

i hope she sings but maybe she is just chatting ..... both work well for her on that show its good midweek promo and the viewing numbers are actually high for The One Show.

 

She will also have the G Norton repeat late on Monday night.

I just spotted it on the release schedule here on buzzjack when i posted, so its hard to know now whats happening.

We thought 'I Love It' was coming last Thursday and it was released Friday, so maybe that's the same with 'Real Groove'?

Ya it might be like that as we were in limbo last week with I live it right up until the last minute.

It appears at best, that's how it will pan out.

Id love to know if going to be an instant grat or single though, im thinking not a single as they might have started posting even a 10 sec clip of the song.

Yeah I doubt they'd leave it this late to announce an official single. Probably just another instant grat before the album drops. I would have thought it would be in her best interests to release a single this week unless they are planning on pushing Say Something or Magic (presumably magic) on release week?

I think its starting to look like Magic is what they will push for the album and maybe they will use the 3rd single to float album interest on the albums second week of release.

Not available on New Zealand iTunes so it's not coming this week. I did see a suggestion that it'll be the song chosen to promote the album on New Music Friday playlists.
