Kylie, BMG, and the teams must be very happy with the sales so far.

I love that's she's experiencing another peak in her career. This deep into her career too :)

Only things left to buy

Standard CD on Amazon and HMV

Black vinyl on Amazon

iTunes download

+ Anything that is left in shops

That's all there is to buy.

Ya it does feel there is a revival although I did feel that with golden aswell as things felt off the boil with kylie christmas and kiss me once.

I think it should stay top 25 now for the rest of the year.

Hopefully - this week albums will just shuffle around due to lack of lots of new releases. Kelly Jones, Shawn Mendes and Miley will likely vacate the Top 20 freeing up some room although I’m sure Christmas albums will surge this week

There are Taylor and Kid Cudi albums, so basically as many big new releases as last week. Also, The Avalanches reached #10 last time around, could do 8k at least with their guest heavy album.

End of week detail...

19 (7) Disco

Sales: 8,267

Total sales: 98,157

Sales WoW - 24%

CD: 6,379

Digital: 341

Streaming: 736

LP: 800

The streaming is really holding up well even if none of the songs are playlisted on more than one big playlist to be honest if any.

Great to see

Great sales and the stability for CDs and Vinyl is consistent meaning there is plenty of stock out there to be bought.

Disco up to #13 on Amazon and SBIT has had a huge boost too

Yes I think this is maybe to do with Sky Arts showing Kylie Xmas and cross over sales

Vinyl fell from 2 to 21 in Vinyl Chart. There is a lack of availability. If I was buying a present for someone would much rather buy something special than then standard

Or maybe people just don’t want to buy it as it was mainly hardcore fans last week, it’s already number 7 of the last decade so I can’t see many more being sold other than fans who are the ones buying it anyway

Maybe so maybe not. I don't have a breakdown of who buys all I know is whenever any stock comes in it sells out within minutes. I am sure if they had there time again and knew that the vinyl and album would be so popular they would have done limited editions but with a higher number pressed. The lead time to get vinyl pressed now would probably be in January. Plenty of vinyl collectors are not hardcore Kylie fans and would happy buy vinyls that they like best

Amazon UK 2020 best sellers

24 Kylie Disco Standard (hope it can sneak top 20 year end)

42 Kylie Disco Standard (not been in stock for 3 weeks so can only fall from here)

‘Disco’ listed as one of the campaigns of the year (You have to scroll down to page 37 for the article) - https://musically.com/wp-content/uploads/20...tqCwQnDd7wQm1oc

"#1 in Australia, with the week-one sales making it their biggest opening week for any album released in 2020"

Wow, given the week one sales in Australia is slightly above 10K, that means no album who went to No.1 there ever achieved above 10K!
