'No Time For Tears' sounds a bit generic to me, it's not a bad song, it's just nothing amazing.

 

Whereas the Shane Codd one sounds generic yet amazing :dance: it might even be my xmas #1! Hopefully it will be a big climber in your next chart :)

5 weeks at #1 is the longest running #1 this year for me I'll have you know. I mean I've only been doing a chart for 14 weeks but still! :lol:

It's a brand new Aly & AJ song and you might enjoy it. It's certainly not as similar as the rest of the stuff they've released over the last 3 or 4 years but it's enjoyable. The video is quite good as well.

I quite enjoy No Time For Tears. Considering it sounds nothing like inwas expecting from the snippet we heard before hand, I'm surprised I like to as much as I do now :lol:.

Oh yeah! I think I said this on someone else's chart, Get Out My Head is the perfect kind of generic. Hopefully it can repeak after Christmas because that would eb a wasted song otherwise.

I really didn't enjoy This Christmas on first listen so I'm so happy I have it another chance.

I must admit that 'Potential Break-Up Song' from the Disney days is a massive guilty pleasure also :kink:

 

My favourite new entry is of course 'No Time For Tears'! :music: the girls sound so good on it and the chorus is pretty massive.

My favourite song of Aly & AJ'S the last few years is Starmaps but Church is glorious as well. This new song is also really nice. Quite vibey tbh.

And of course, who doesn't love Potential Break Up song :kink:

awww it had to happen eventually, but still 5 weeks on top is pretty fine for Gold :)

 

I almost charted Kelly Clarkson last week, she's never quite made my chart with Underneath The Tree, but it sounds better each Xmas. It must be a slow grower!

 

Not heard the Katy Perry newie :o Jess Glynne is another Xmas song I almost charted, it's very nice, but I'm miffed I can't download it on itunes :lol:

 

Ariana & The Rose did very well didn't she?! :cheer:

 

So will the Xmas songs go week after next is the question - there's nothing so Last Year than a Xmas song after New Year's Day :lol:
