Okay, let's try this again. My last thread was a mistake and I don't wanna bring it back to the front page and start the countdown from there so lets just pretend I didn't make that because that was a weird idea. Instead I'm using a combination of my points system over the year to find out my Top songs of 2020. A total of 729 songs debuted in my Top 100 + Bubbling Under 10. Of those 729 songs, 96 songs stalled in the Bubbling Under and failed to make the Top 100 chart, 179 songs peaked between #76 and #100, 164 songs peaked between #41 and #75, 101 songs peaked between #21 and #40, 65 songs peaked between #11 and #20, 49 songs between #6 and #10, 43 songs between #2 and #5 and finally 32 songs peaked at the very top of the chart.

Now I should let you know that my points system collects points from the first chart of December 2019 up until the very last chart of December 2020 (well, it was published Jan 1, 2021 but I'm counting it as 2020 for this), however I am not including any songs that debuted after the last chart of November 2020 even if they already left the chart by now.

First I will post the Top 200 recurrent songs, i.e. the songs that first debuted prior to December 2019 but either charted or received significant airplay in this time period. Then I will count down the songs of 2020, starting by posting the bottom songs en masse, but with far more detail once I reach the Top 200. Feel free to watch what happens and don't be shy about commenting. I know I'm not the best at keeping to finishing these things but bare with me, I promise to try my very best to finish this because god knows I need the distraction.

:lol: Yeah, I like to get the recurrents out of the way first, including the hits from 2019 that seeped into the chart. :lol: That way the final chart will only be 2020 hits!

Agreed! Soraya's song was a surprise flashback hit for me but it deserved far better than it got in 2009! Such a bop. Happy to see you liked these songs!

Big fan of Bigger Than, the song that really got me back into SeeB at the end of 2019. Nice to see Texas, Foreigner, ALMA, Hurts and double Avicii all make appearances as well!
