Her power is crazy and I honestly can't tell you how happy I am to read this - she really is the queen and considering the context makes it even more special that she's succeeding.

Still have this on repeat, I'm kinda surprised just how much I've been going back to the album as a whole as I thought I'd just be playing my absolute faves by this point

This is such a wonderful, carefully and respectfully put together album. It's so true to the original but sounds just that little bit more mature and contemporary due to her developed vocals and the slightly beefier production in places.

It was always my second favourite Taylor album until Folklore (after 1989), and is probably still in my top three. I have always adored Love Story, Fearless, Fifteen, White Horse and You Belong With Me and Hey Stephen, Breathe (Colbie <3), and Forever & Always remain great too. The new tracks are such a good addition - Mr Perfectly Fine is definitely the highlight but I'm liking all of them.

My physical CD turned up today after I ordered it on Amazon on Friday. I hadn't pre-ordered as I assumed one of Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury's would have it but couldn't find it in any of them - seems like a missed opportunity for the supermarkets not to stock this? Loads of her fans would have snapped it up from there on day one. Hopefully the reopening of HMV tomorrow will help to bump up its physical sales. It would be really great to see this classic album at No.1 in the UK.

Mr. Perfectly Fine at 26 in the midweeks so should be locked for a top 40 debut, hopefully top 30! Love Story & You Belong With Me at 35 & 36, hopefully both will hold on but I feel like they won't

albums wise: evermore at 42 (way up from last weeks midweeks), 1989 at 43, folklore at 51 (around same as last week & it bounced back into the top 40) & lover back in the top 100 update too!

The Fearless (Taylor’s version) effect :music:

So great to see Monday’s update at nearly 15,000 and way above the album in second place :cheer:

Taylor on the re-recording:

“In terms of production, I really wanted to stay very loyal to the initial melodies that I had thought of for these songs. And so we really did go in and try to create a ‘the same but better’ version. We kept all the same parts that I initially dreamed up for these songs. But if there was any way that we could improve upon the sonic quality, we did. But yeah, I did go in line by line and listen to every single vocal and think, you know, what are my inflections here. If I can improve upon it, I did. But I really did want this to be very true to what I initially thought of and what I had initially written. But better. Obviously.”

Queeeen B-)

I think she accomplished that.

Thursday’s prediction:

Taylor Swift - Fearless (Taylor's Version) (19.0k)

Mr Perfectly Fine @ 29. Really hoping it can hold onto top 30! Eek!

Awesome :)

I’m guessing from Taylor’s instagram post that the album is number one (not a surprise obviously) but will be interested to see first week sales in the U.K. and the US

Great to see Fearless debuting at number with 21,000+ copies

I wonder if this will be the biggest debut from any of the re-recordings given the hype. Hope not and others like 1989 sell just as well in their debut week
