I’m away this weekend in Leeds but have been listening on the train.

 

My initial thoughts about the songs from the vault:

 

Better Man - I like it. It feels very early 2010s which makes sense lol. Need a few more listens to work out how much I like it.

 

Nothing New - Sweet song with great harmonies. Both their voices sound great together.

 

Babe - Love this on the first couple of listens! Such a cool vibe to it with a great chorus - good melody.

 

Message in a bottle - This is a bop. Great to here a more uptempo song from Taylor.

 

I bet you think about me - Not sure about this one. Need a few more listens but not loving it on the first couple.

 

Forever winter - Such a beautiful song. Very happy with this.

 

Run - this also a really sweet song. Taylor’s vocal sounds absolutely beautiful. They sound really good together in this track. Maybe this is one of my favourite additions.

 

The very first night - This song also has such a cool melody and vibe. I love how varied all these songs are. This song reminds me of early 2000s pop!

 

Listening to her vocals on begin again is spine tingling and Stay, Stay, Stay is even more awesome than it was before :) I’ll bw streaming this al weekend too !!

I heard Message In A Bottle on the radio yesterday, I knew it was Taylor but I had to Shazam it to see what it was called. I really liked it.

Taylor’s versions of Better Man and Babe are also great. Something tells me I’ll need to give this whole album a listen, or at least the new songs.

She could literally have released the last ten songs as a brand new album and it would’ve been considered a fantastic album. I’ve never heard the originals of Better Man and Babe so to me they are fantastic too.

Yeah I think that’s the one they’ve pushed as a lead single. Doubt there will be a video or anything though and she seems to be promoting All Too Well - 10 minute version more.

I think WANEGBT is the only one I don’t like, but tbh I would never really play the song anyway. I’m obsessed with the vault tracks, it’s all I’ve listened to this weekend.
