April 9, 20214 yr It's Doja! The website has just been updated! That's a big surprise, I really don't think she's a big enough name to get an insta A List add. Whilst i do not support Dr. Luke after the disgusting things he did to Ke$ha, i do love Doja Cat & SZA so i will give it a listen! P.s. Two insta A-Lists in one week... When's the last time it happened?
April 9, 20214 yr Pleased to see 'MONTERO' swiftly advancing to A-List and 'Spinning' added to C-List
April 9, 20214 yr Author It's Doja! The website has just been updated! That's a big surprise, I really don't think she's a big enough name to get an insta A List add. Yeah that is pretty bizarre, especially considering Doja Cat's previous two singles were only B-listed  Edited April 9, 20214 yr by Mangø
April 9, 20214 yr Industry really supports that rapist doesn't it? It's a sick world. I am totally fine with people streaming the song if they want to but radio stations and the industry should know better. Edited April 9, 20214 yr by Sour Candy
April 9, 20214 yr Pretty bizarre to see Doja is big enough for an Instant addition to the A-List to be honest!
April 9, 20214 yr Very happy for Years and Years to be added straight to the A list - what a great comeback this is shaping up to be! Also happy yo see Arlo, Girl in Red, No Rome and Twenty One Pilots added (even if the latter is just the tune of the weekend). I had a feeling they'd bump up London Grammar to the A list just before their album gets released - they did the same thing for Yungblud. Royal Blood in the B list is nice to see, although I can see why it hasn't made it's way to the A list yet as it's the least radio friendly track they've done for their upcoming album (so far). Radio 1 have once again picked a great song and artist for their BBC Introducing track of the week. Sad Night Dynamite have been getting a lot of love on the evening shows so it's great to seem them getting some daytime support.
April 9, 20214 yr Author Very happy to see Y&Y straight to A! (was Sanctify put straight up there?) No, 'Sanctify' was added to the B-list and then A-listed 3 weeks later Whilst i do not support Dr. Luke after the disgusting things he did to Ke$ha, i do love Doja Cat & SZA so i will give it a listen! P.s. Two insta A-Lists in one week... When's the last time it happened? Christmas Day with 'Afterglow' and 'Willow' Before that it was Nov 20th with 'Prisoner' and 'Monster' Before that it was Nov 13th with 'Therefore I Am' and 'Holiday' It happens more often than you think :)

I imagine Royal Blood will be safely in the A-List by the time the album come sin 3 weeks! I was just shocked 'Limbo' wasnt instantly added to the A-List!
April 9, 20214 yr I imagine Royal Blood will be safely in the A-List by the time the album come sin 3 weeks! I was just shocked 'Limbo' wasnt instantly added to the A-List! I didn't think Limbo would be a single at all with its 5-min runtime! (though I guess there's a radio edit) - and with Boilermaker releasing this week which has been hyped for 2 years now!
April 9, 20214 yr Interesting that they added Holiday straight to the A-List but didn’t do the same with Montero. Also for everyone saying that they’re surprised that Doja is being insta-added to the A-List, I think it’d actually more to do with the song being a collab with SZA, who is coming off the decent sized hit Good Days.
April 9, 20214 yr I imagine Royal Blood will be safely in the A-List by the time the album come sin 3 weeks! I was just shocked 'Limbo' wasnt instantly added to the A-List! Maybe, although I wouldn't be surprised if they kept it on the B list, like they did with London Grammar's Lose Your Head, and then A list the next single just before the album is released on 30th April.
April 9, 20214 yr It's funny to see Years & Years going straight to A-List but not even getting a first-day HHUK add (Their last lead single was added mid-week the moment it was released in comparison!)
April 9, 20214 yr Industry really supports that rapist doesn't it? It's a sick world. I am totally fine with people streaming the song if they want to but radio stations and the industry should know better. If only they'd blacklisted 'Say So' and not continue to hammer that as well.
April 9, 20214 yr Maybe Adele or Rihanna are finally coming back this week  Every time someone falsely speculates this they both push back their comebacks by another month. I'm confused at people thinking a Doja Cat/SZA collab is not a big enough deal for an A-List add while apparently not batting an eyelid at the much less relevant Years & Years also being instantly A-Listed? :P
April 9, 20214 yr Maybe if you say their name in front of the mirror three times one of them might release new music
April 9, 20214 yr With Capital playing sombre songs today, I wouldn't be surprised if Radio 1 does as well for a bit once the music returns.
April 9, 20214 yr Also for everyone saying that they’re surprised that Doja is being insta-added to the A-List, I think it’d actually more to do with the song being a collab with SZA, who is coming off the decent sized hit Good Days. 'Streets' was just as big if not bigger than 'Good Days'!
April 9, 20214 yr I also think it's normal that Doja Cat is straight-A-listed this is also the lead for her new album, so big label push everywhere
April 9, 20214 yr Author 'Streets' was just as big if not bigger than 'Good Days'! If 'Streets' was so big then why wasn't it A-listed? My main reason for being so surprised is that neither of Doja's previous two singles progressed past the B-list so it's strange to see this one suddenly shoot straight to A-list. I could understand it if she was a regularly A-listed artist.
